Property was located within walking distance to everything you need to see in San Sebastian. Beds were firm and rooms small

We came for our anniversary and they made up the room with towel swans on the bed and a bottle of cider. Much appreciated. Great location, close to the bus stop and centrally located for the things we wanted to see and do. Appreciated we could open the balcony door for air. Pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine

We have just had three nights here and what a fantastic three nights they were. The property is lovely and in the perfect location, just a short stroll from old town (5 mins) and new town (5 mins). Despite being so central it was very quiet, and we had two balconies with our room (204!) including a glimpse of the sea! All the staff were lovely and friendly, and provided a map with recommendations. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Great location, very convenient and very friendly staff. Only downside was a leaky toilet which was somehwat annoying at night. I simply turned off the water overnight.

Reception staff were very friendly (we were checked in by Matias) and helpful. The apartment we stayed in was very nice and spacious, and location is in the heart of the old town. Our issues were atte ded to promptly.

Our room was equipped to accommodate elderly and disabled persons and was more spacious than most hotel rooms which we really enjoyed. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was excellent. They don’t offer breakfast but have complimentary teas, coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Nevertheless, right next door there is a coffee shop with excellent breakfast options. Would stay here again whenever I can make it back to San Sebastián!

Very helpful and nice staff. Rooms are good and clean. Great central location. Only down side is buses wait directly outside your window and drivers don’t turn their engines off and buses run most of the day and night so not able to keep windows open

First Class from the moment I walked in, greeted with a smile and a great attitude. Room was and remained spotless the whole visit. The location cannot be better. Highly recommend and I will be back for sure.

This was a great experience...wonderful.location, great and clean rooms, close to everything. Above all, the individuals we interacted with - Sandra and Betsy (apologies if I'm incorrect spelling the names) were just very, very nice. We plan to stay there again.

This was a nice hotel, but in comparison to the others we stayed at during this trip, it was average. Overall the apartment was spacious, plenty of separation from the kids. But the entry light is on a sensor so it’s easily turns on, I wish we could turn it off. Rooms got really warm, especially the one that had a window open to the interior. A little more care with the cleaning would be nice. But it’s in a quiet location and that was fantastic since we arrived New Year’s Eve. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Parking for this hotel is a challenge, but that is more than compensated by friendly staff, great rooms and free coffee at any time. Great walking area. Highly recommended!

Spacious room and bathroom with plenty of light, comfortable bed and linens. Right above a cafe and tons of dining options around. Staff was eager to help with anything we needed. It was excellent and would definitely stay there again!

Loved location. Room was cute but a little noisy as ours was right above a bistro. Also, we had the handicap room so the shower didn’t drain right and the bathroom floor was messy and wet after showering. Other than that it was great! Just request a normal room if you don’t need handicap.

Fantastic location very close to the old town (food district) and direct access to the E21 bus (directly to San Sebastian Airport). Highly professional and friendly staff to quickly learned our names and always greeted us with a smile. Especially Matias and Sandra were amazing! Great room for a family (we travelled with our 1.5 years old son) with small but functional kitchen and laundry machine. One of the best hotel visits in many years. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend and could not have been happier. The hotel is very close to the old town area in a very upscale neighborhood. However, it is far enough from the center of the action that it was quiet when we wanted to sleep. The real selling point was the friendly front desk staff who went out of their way to help us with everything we needed. The room was also very clean, well decorated with excellent AC for the few times it got a little hot in the afternoons. All in all a fantastic experience that we could strongly recommend.

This apartment is fantastic and positioned perfactly central to visit the old town, la concha beach, gros beach and all the cathedrals and shopping areas. Just perfect for visiting San Sebastian. Sandra on reveptionwas extremely helpful and friendly.

Great location, right near the “Old Town” which is the area to be for all dining options and pinchos. Loved our time here during our 3-day stay and the front desk staff was super helpful in providing recommendations, suggestions, or helping answer any questions we had.
