There was a front desk supervisor that was working Saturday morning that gave me a the people that stayed with me evil looks. Then she said that we trashed the room which we did not, and charged me $50. I had to call the assistant manager which watched the video and said that it was nothing like they said and refunded my money. I felt racially profiled by the front desk supervisor.

A three-night comfortable stay to visit friends. Check-in was unremarkable. The agent wasn't very enthusiastic but efficient. The bed was comfortable, the room was fine. The halls were quiet. The breakfast was so-so. I would stay here again and would recommend it. Besides breakfast improvements, I would recommend they offer a shuttle service to the area mall and restaurants. they were just a bit too far to walk to and the location is not pedestrian-friendly. A shuttle service would have been excellent.

Alarm to front door goes off 24/7 and is cringeworthy. Never had I heard one go off at a hotel like that before. Could even hear it in the middle of the hotel on 2nd floor all.night.long.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, well appointed, quiet. Breakfast was good, though the girl got a bit behind on restocking items, even when it wasn't that busy. But the selection of items was good.

I have stayed at over a dozen Holiday Inn Express around the world, this is by far the best one I’ve stayed at. Comfort and cleanness 10/10. All the staffs I came across were extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. Just superb!

I appreciate any hotel that provides an in-room keurig. Also, the breakfast provided was available until 10am which was really nice. Hotel was clean and room was spacious.

I am very disappointed in the service. Supervisor was very rude when I requested to check in early after driving for several hours. She kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain my situation.

We stayed for an Eric Church concert at Ruoff Music center. The hotel is very clean and the room was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to and from the concert venue and several dining options near by.
