Great location in downtown Ulm, great for shopping and dining, everything is in walking distance. The heated bathroom floor is very nice! They offer a buffet breakfast. We only missed having a coffee machine in the room. The staff is very friendly, I have stayed there before and recommend the Ricu hotel for a stay in Ulm.

This hotel is 2 min to the Cathedral and 10 min to the train station. Very well located. The room is comfortable and large. My only quibble was the reception closure time - I booked through Expedia and both set my arrival time online and emailed them to say I was coming at 11am and hoping to drop off my luggage, and no one replied (when I arrived they gave me a little hassle because they were closed). But that’s not fatal. They should make this clearer on the website, and on communications, as I stay on Riku hotels often and I have never seen this before.

Great location within a block of the United Cathedral. No dedicated parking, but nearby underground lot was only 10 Euros. Only problem was trying to find the hotel building— the sign is small and a couple floors above ground level, not where you would look, especially in the rain! However, once we found it, the rest of our stay was great, and the food in the associated restaurant was also great.

Experience was good, not great. Fine hotel with a nice fitness center. There was a decent amount of maintenance going on during my stay which made the experience not as ideal. Hotel though is great for people who are not leaving the FRA area. One unexpected issue was getting a folio after my stay. I had to call the hotel 4 different times and make the same request after multiple unfulfilled promises of sending it to me via email.

We were very impressed with the quality of the hotel and have no hesitation to return for a future stay. The room was fitted to a high standard and at the same time provides great value. It is a little awkward to find at first, tucked in a little side street close to the Munster, nonetheless very convenient location to nearby shopping and restaurants. Our commendations to the very helpful staff, keep up the good work!

Nice location and view to the church. Short walk distance to the Danube river and many nice restaurants. The variety of breakfast is also nice. The room is very quiet at night. Highly recommended!

The hotel location is exceptional, it is in the heart of Old Ulm and everything is within walking distance. the hotel has a connecting door to the restaurant next door, this is one of the restaurants serving schweinshaxe year around. I will definitely stay here again.

Brand new hotel in center of Ulm. The aircon in these temperatures whe hade this sommer cold be on when we arrived. I took several hours to get the temperature down to a decent level.

Check-in was unproblematic and competent. The room was clean and convenient. For people wanting to sight-see, the hotel has a great location, two minutes from the Gothic cathedral, five minutes from the fishermen's quarter. The adjacent bus stop is also very convenient.
