About this house rental

Large four bedroom waterfront home built in 2008. Located on private peninsula at the end of private road with water on three sides this home is available to rent for the first time. Large covered, screened and furnished decks on two levels with east and west views on the main level. Three bedrooms with in suite baths with tiled showers. Open concept great room, dining and kitchen area with big views. Located on Back Bay and jug creek with two covered boat lifts. Small gym with free weights and bowflex. Four person hot tub. Hammocks under palm trees. Ice machine. Elevator. Large shaded area under home with table and chairs for games. Cornhole sets. Great paddling and fishing. Walking, biking or paddling distance from two restaurants. Two SUP's and two kayaks for extensive backcountry paddling opportunities or local canal home viewing. Minutes by boat from gulf beaches of Cayo Costa, Boca Grande, North Captiva or dinner in Punta Gorda or Cabbage Key. Short walk to top of Bokeelia and fishing pier on Charlotte Harbor. 15 mile bikepath starts in Bokeelia. Epic peaceful sunsets and afternoon sea breezes keep you cool while you watch the dolphins, manatees, and ospreys close by. This is owners primary home in spring and fall. Discount for full months. No young children or pets.
