Great location and very clean. Our family had a great time. The master bed broke on the last morning and I feared we would somehow be charged for it. I made a quick call to explain and was immediately told not to worry about it.

We came here for a milestone birthday with 10 adults and 3 young children. The accommodation here at Capital Peak was perfect for all of the moving parts- parking underneath, condo layout and views, amenities in the building and also all around, Skittles chair lift and the ice cream store were the highlights for the children.

The condo we stayed in was so pretty and perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook. The location was amazing, just steps away from the Gondola. The communication with the property manager was excellent. We lost our parking pass which you need to enter the garage and we were able to pick up an emergency pass they had at the office. The only tweak I would like to see is a keyless entry system. It is stated in the guide that key pickup is .3 miles away from the condo. It is very close, but it was just one more thing we had to do before getting to the condo and leaving. Other than that, everything was amazing!

Loved the location, the unit was clean, and they supplied everything you would need to easily stay for a week. Great setup with ski locker downstairs. We locked ourselves out, and they were very nice about it and quickly came to unlock it for us. Management communicated everything we needed to know. If I could change one thing, it would be a better couch and warmer lightbulbs in the master bath. Otherwise, terrific stay.

iTrip was extremely price competitive, and did not sacrifice a thing. Great accommodations. Customer service was great, particularly want to commend Roger for going the extra mile to help us find the condo. Clean. Nicely decorated. Would return. Only thing wish was different was picking up the condo key in the management office - wish they were able to meet us at the building, but it wasn't too out of the way. Would absolutely stay with iTrip again.

My family of five, including two teenagers and a young child thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. We were steps from the crêpe restaurant and Kenichi along with the gondola and skiing. We watched others ice-skating from our window and had a perfect view of the square with bustling activity that never bothered us a bit.
The Customer service with iTrip management company was top-notch. Detailed explanations, and even a willingness to go an extra step whenever we needed assistance. All of our questions were answered with delight.
The accommodations were immaculate, and we had everything we needed in our kitchen to cook a Christmas meal and serve our family. We love sitting by the fireplace in the living room, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were large, and we were given adequate supplies for our stay.
We all loved the soft and luxurious foam rugs in the bathrooms and the closet, with its organizational systems, allowed for easy organizing of all of our clothes and ski stuff.
Sitting on the balcony and watching all of the activity in the square, was a lot of fun.
We can’t say enough about how wonderful this entire experience was for us, from beginning to the end.
Even when we were departing, we had questions, and richard took an extensive amount of time to help us. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the unit and the area..
Even the teenagers loved everything about the experience! That means a lot!

The unit is beautiful, the parking is very easy, and the view from the unit is great. We could see the yellow leaves and snowcapped mountains right from the living room. The high ceilings and big windows are a big plus. I 100% recommend this unit.

This 2 bedroom VRBO was clean, modern, and had 2 balconies with great views of the plaza and mountain. We were close to all restaurants, shops, and right by the gondola.

We loved staying here and had a wonderful trip to Snowmass. We had amazing snow conditions for April, and this was one of our more favorite ski trips for our family of 4! Perfect location, so convenient to the lifts and gondola. Loved all the TVs, fireplace, and very comfortable beds. Kitchen was well-stocked and great to cook in. The only feedback we have is that the seating/futon in the living room could be replaced with something much more comfortable to sit on-- it was the only furniture item in the unit that was not very comfortable. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would stay here again!

The hardest part of the stay was initially finding the correct parking garage and the condo. If that could be clarified somehow, that would make the beginning of the stay perfect. After that, everything was wonderful! The condo was in excellent condition, the shops and restaurants were close and very good. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend this to all my friends.
