About this house rental

Escape the hustle and bustle of the city! There is something for everyone to enjoy on this 2.5 acre property. Although located in town, you'll feel like you're in the middle of the forest with all the right amenities.

Sit back, relax, and relish vast views on a wrap-around deck, on an oversized couch, or by the fire. Kids will love the sleeping loft!

Both in and outdoor games are available for guests who wish to do more playing such as pickleball, tennis, billiards, corn-hole and others.

Our space is set up to sleep 10 adults and 6 children comfortably. The primary bedroom on the 2nd floor has a California King bed, along with its own large bathroom with a walk-in shower that has two shower heads. Separate toilet room has a toilet and urinal. It also has its own sitting area with two oversized recliners and a couch to watch tv/movies. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and ladder access to a sleeping loft where 4 sleeping bags lay atop a memory foam mattress that lines the floor. Two adults and 4 children could sleep in this room. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen-sized bed as well as bunk beds with twin mattresses. Two adults and 2 children could sleep in this room. Bedrooms 2 and 3 upstairs share a full bathroom with a tub shower. The 4th bedroom has a full-sized bed with its own television. Two adults could sleep here. The full-sized downstairs bathroom sits next to bedroom 4 and has a tub shower. The last bed is a full-sized pull-out bed and is found in the “sitting room”. Two adults could sleep here.

There is a full kitchen furnished with a refrigerator, freezer, oven with electric range and microwave. In addition, a toaster, Keurig coffee maker and other kitchen accessories can be found including pots, pans, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, cutting knives, plates, bowls, cups as well as kid friendly dishes.

The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer with available laundry detergent. An ironing board and iron can also be found here.

The main living area has an oversized couch that fronts the south facing windows with spectacular views. The 65” television can be found here and is the family favorite spot to watch a movie.

The home has several games to play inside including billiards, corn hole, oversized Connect Four and board/card games including Monopoly, Yahtzee, Chess, Checkers, Hed Bandz, Scrabble, Exploding Kittens, Uno, Phase 10, Pic Flip, Playing cards and several puzzles. In addition, the tennis/pickle ball court is a wonderful place to play. Access to tennis balls, tennis rackets, pickle ball nets, balls, and rackets are available.

There are two access points to the court. The most accessible is through the sliding glass door in the dining room and down the stairs. Another is out the back door, down the stairs to the side of the house and then down a large ramp.

Great place to stay with a large group. Feels secluded but you're just a few minutes away from Safeway, restaurants and gas. Bathrooms are nicely updated and clean. We'd definitely stay here again!

Very nice home in Payson. Great location and easy to find. The home is well equipped with everything you need. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The tennis and pickle ball courts were a hit with my adult sons. Beautiful views of the mountains and town. Could even see the lights from the rodeo going on. Our host Rick was very attentive and answered any questions very quickly. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had 4 adults and 4 teenage kids and this place was perfect for both! The kids actually spent more time outside than on their phones... which is quite remarkable. The views were great and it was very peaceful. The master bedroom is amazing as well.

We are so glad we found this property, it was amazing! We had a family getaway with our kids and grandkids for 4 days over spring break. The only bad part was that we had to leave! Everyone had such a great time. The house was clean and comfy, plenty of room for 15 of us. The pickleball/ tennis court was a hit. We all played pickleball, cornhole and basketball. They even used the courts to play catch with the baseball. The weather was fabulous so we were outside a lot, but played pool and lots of board games inside! The beds were so comfortable and the master bedroom/bath is huge with it's own mini-fridge and coffeemaker. And the shower is spectacular! Our host was vey attentive and answered any questions we had very quickly. The check-in and check-out instructions were simple and quick. We went on the Wagon Wheel Falls hike that is a very close drive and it was absolutely beautiful. Very fun hike, we would recommend it! Everyone had a fabulous time and everyone wants to come back for another fun-filled stay! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Will give it 4.5 stars. Was a beautiful property, with gorgeous views. The decks, outdoor seating and tennis/pickleball/ basketball courts were amazing. We had family come from all over the world and had a very special time. The only reason to take half a star away from my review is that the kitchen was a lot smaller than it looked like in the pictures and had very few condiments. Luckily this property is literally 5 mins from a Safeway so we were able to get everything we needed. Overall, we loved our stay here and our host was very communicative and nice.

I loved the master bedroom & bathroom. The kids enjoyed the pool table and smores! The only issue was a chirping CO alarm the first night. They worked with us to resolve the issue the next day.

Everything about the process from booking to checking out and everything in between was perfect. Location was secluded, but still in town. The property was clean inside and out. The pickle ball court was perfect for the kids to run around and play without worrying where they were and the best part about it all was the view. This is definitely on my list to stay again. Only I would choose a cooler month, April is still too warm. My family And I had a great time. Thank you again.

Our kids loved this property close enough to go shopping and not have to pack food and amazing views. We loved waking up and just taking in the views. It was very quiet even though in a neighborhood. We didn’t run out of things to do we could have stayed longer and still have things to do. The host is very y good and addressing any concerns so I would stay here again.

This place is amazing. We had no issues whatsoever. The views from the deck are simply spectacular. The beds were perfect. The kids loved the bunk beds. We all played Pickleball. We will definitely be back!
