A wonderful welcome from fabulous staff. I’m only here a few hours but it’s been a great stay. The bed was super comfortable and the room is great.

I would not call this a luxury hotel; it is a good hotel with very good food; but the entrance, reception area, and rooms are just average. Bed was great but rest of room felt a bit worn. Lots f money for a good room but not luxurious.

Amazing welcome from reception staff, lovely room with a view of the church next door and the shard. Room clean and comfortable with lovely bathroom and complimentary mini bar. Went for drinks to the rooftop bar which has great views of St Pauls Cathedral and had a complimentary glass of champagne as it was our wedding anniversary. This hotel is so quiet, hardly heard any other guests or noise, would definitely recommend as in a good location too. Will be back.

2nd time we’ve stayed at the Vintry and mercer. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We were given a complementary glass of champagne.
The room was immaculate, modern and had everything we needed. London is an expensive place to stay, but this was worth it!

Everything about this hotel was fantastic!
The only negative was the exceptionally small room size. We had 2 large suitcases, and when we opened them up on the floor they took up most of the floor space

This was a perfect stay in London in a boutique hotel. The room was extremely comfortable and staff wonderful on all fronts.

Supreme boutique hotel with vibe that is fire! Excellent kitchen. Helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean, comfortable and with high quality rain shower.
Down the street from Mansion House (underground) station and directly on the District and Circle lines. Walkable to Tower of London, Tower Bridge and St. Peter’s. It is four tube stops away from House of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. All else accessible easily by public transit.
I cannot wait to stay for longer and with family at an upcoming visit hopefully soon!

We really enjoyed our say at Vintry and Mercer. The service from the front desk and bell hop were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well-equipped. There were international outlets on the wall and an additional plug adapter in the room. The included mini-bar was restocked daily and we were able to ask for extra drinks as needed, which were always delivered promptly. The hotel is a 2-3 minute walk from Mansion House station, which made it easy to get around the city. It’s not a super touristy part of London, which suited us just fine. There were many pubs, restaurants, and lunch spots close by. This hotel is a great option if visiting London.

Nice little place. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and good bathroom with an actual full shower door (other hotels take note: nobody likes the half panel and a wet bathroom floor). Note that their bar is not open during summer. I wish I was informed of that before booking. They have a restaurant on their roof, and you can order drinks there, but there is no bar to sit at. Great option if you plan on spending time in the City part of London. Try to get a room on an upper floor. Mine was on the first floor overlooking a dark street, which looked more like an alley.

Everything at this hotel was wonderful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were beautifully decorated, the amenities were plentiful, good quality, and frequently replenished, and the food and view at the rooftop restaurant are not to be missed!

The welcome was fantastic, the gentleman who welcomed us at reception was bright and given that it was my birthday the hotel put on sparkling wine on the roof terrace. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and professional and welcoming. I have already recommended the hotel to my family and will definitely look to come back next time I am near St Paul’s. The rooms are well equipped, quiet and very nicely styled.

Really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the roof terrace was closed on our first night due to a private function which was a shame as we would have dined there. The only way to get a drink was through room service.
Room was a good size, staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, only down side was the breakfast. It is made to order, very expensive, and not worth the money.

Clean, fresh, well-decorated room in boutique hotel with small but clean and attractive bathroom. Love the decor throughout the hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Complimentary soft drinks in wet bar very nice touch. Pleasant staff and evening turndown service much appreciated. Great rooftop space for drinks but unfortunately didn’t get a chance to eat up there. Would definitely come back.

We love this hotel. Hidden away and easy access to everywhere. We walked to West End for shows. Tower of London for sights and Spitalfields for dining. Hotel was immaculate as ever. Staff super friendly. What’s not to like.

Staff was most helpful. Room was lovely. Now we were told when we checked in that we were automatically upgraded. Why? Don’t know. The room wasn’t large so might not have appreciated the room we had if we had not been upgraded. I don’t know what was different about the upgraded room.

I enjoyed the hotel. Stayed in room 004 which was ground floor. Not my favorite, but the room was clean and the front desk was top class. Would definitely stay here again. The location is a 10 min walk from borough market which is excellent.
