La ubicación es excelente muy cercana al centro, la regadera estaba algo sucia y llena de sarro, el desayuno que nos tocó estaba algo frío pero aún así muy rico!!!

El hotel no es muy bonito y las camas no son muy cómodas pero si buscas un lugar económico y cercas del área central, este es el hotel para ti, el desayuno fue incluido y no estaba mal.

Well located hotel, near downtown and in walking distance of practically everywhere. TV and air conditioning worked perfect. Trouble is, every other day access card was deprogrammated and I had to go again to thw lobby for Reprogramming, there were no hanging Hooks Sink smelled funny and water got stuck tjere, shower has extremely hot and hard to regulate.

It is good for what you pay. Needs more attention on beds. When it comes to comfort it may not be as good unless you like hard king beds. It is one of those that you get for what you pay

Was terrible the 2 day our stay it was a fired around 1:00 I woke up because it was smelling like fire and I asked the front desk if it was a fire they told me yes but it was a minor fire In the restaurant it was only one person working he was the cook host and the server

The hotel price was 20 dollars less if you reserve directly with the hotel. The hotel is situated in downtown but the overall a 2 star.

I booked this hotel because it was the closes to the freeway and it was a last minute decision to spend the night in Chihuahua. When I arrived at the hotel I was told by the female clerk that there were no more rooms available. I had just made the reservation and had a confirmation number. Somehow she managed to get me a room. The room was spacious. There were no towels. I called the front desk numerous times with no answer. I called from my cell phone and no answer either. I went down to the front desk and asked for towels for my room. The female attendant asked me if I were going out, I replied, "No, I am taking a shower" She said they had no towels. The man there said to her, "Why don't you give her that towel" She replied, "They left it for someone else" I was totally disappointed by the lack of customer skills this lady showed. After driving for more than 13 hrs. all I wanted was a nice place to spend the night and to be able to take a shower, for towels to be in the room, like they are supposed to be and not to have to hassle to get a towel.
