The city meets the mountains in this well appointed townhome that is stocked with all the amenities your party is seeking. This property is centrally located just west of Denver and is only 15 minutes from so many great destinations (downtown Denver, Mile High Stadium, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Golden). It is an ideal location for those seeking easy access to both the surrounding foothills and big city lights of Denver. If you are looking for a retreat that offers everyone in your party privacy...then this townhome has exactly what you need. Each bedroom is appointed with its own private en suite and television...which gives each person a chance to relax and unwind in their own space. We have also provided a washer and dryer for those who may wish to stay longer or didn't pack accordingly.
If you're looking for a place that has a fully decked out kitchen with brand new appliances, dishes, and utensils you don't need to look any further. We've ensured cooking during your stay is a breeze with a gas range, microwave and dishwasher. Enjoy coffee each morning from your Keurig and feel free to whip up breakfast, lunch or dinner. My family and I were traveling from Michigan to Colorado for a softball tournament. We were going to be there for 6 days and wanted convenience as well as proximity....our games were in Lakewood, Golden and Arvada. So we were in the perfect spot! This condo had everything! Every room had an en suite and the laundry room allowed us to keep up with dirty uniforms. The hosts were accommodating and allowed us a late check out when my daughter's softball game ran late. Definitely want to make this trip again! Fun note, not a complaint, but we had to rent a full size SUV because of the luggage and softball bags. When we reached the condo we realized the SUV would not fit in the garage! Lol! Luckily there were plenty of spots in the overflow lot!

My husband and I, with some family, stayed here for a quick trip to Denver. It was the perfect place for us. We loved being able to use the garage, as well as that each room had its own bathroom. And this place was SOOO clean! Loved our stay!

Great location. Near a Whole Foods and a Super Target which are winners in my book.. It was centrally located to all destinations. We had plenty of room to spread out and the townhouse was clean and well supplied. Would go back.

The place is nice, new and clean. It’s also close to plenty of things. Driving distance of 15-30 mins to anything. We really enjoyed the place and location. Appreciate having plenty of towels, dishes, etc. lots of attention to detail in this unit and provided a great place to hang between activities.
Only complaint we had was extremely obnoxious, loud neighbors partying outside until 3-5am both nights. Made sleep nearly impossible.

We were in town for a family wedding and stayed at this wonderful townhome.
The house was perfect with plenty of space for each to have their own bedroom and bathroom and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked!!

We couldn't have been more pleased with these accomodations- our college age kids had ample space and independence within this beautiful property. We used the iron : ) for dress clothes needed for the event and appreciated the location for easy access to hikes- shopping and food. HIGHLY recommend this property. The owner kept in touch and was willing to help in any way we needed. A+ stay Thanks so much!

The property was super clean and had everything we needed. My family was visiting from Japan and they were so impressed. Also the townhouse is located right across the recreation center in a quiet neighborhood which I felt very safe. We would love to stay here again when we are coming to Denver next time.

This property is super clean. Beds are comfortable with on-suites for all bedrooms which makes it very convenient when having a group of people. Location is wonderful for many Denver attractions. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Very clean with all you need. Beds were so comfy 😊 eachbroom has their own tv and space which was perfect. We were able to walk a mile to shops and food at Belmar..great restaurants!

The condo is beautiful and very well appointed. The listed address can confuse google maps - be certain you use the zip. The garage will not hold a full size SUV. But there is plenty of street parking. Overall I would say this is one of the nicest VRBO I’ve ever used.

Property was extremely clean and host was very responsive and flexible! It was the perfect location, close to both downtown Denver and red rocks park.
The only downside is that the garage is not large enough to accommodate a larger SUV (we had a Suburban and it stuck out of the garage about a half foot). And it truly only sleeps 7 in actual beds. The 8th person has to choose either the couch or an air mattress.
Over all, it was a great stay!

Safe quiet neighborhood, my family and I enjoyed our stay lots of stores, food, gas around this area quick 15mintues from from stadium down town Denver area. I recommend if you need a place to stay. I'm the type of person who observes areas a lot I like to feel a safe vibe and this really did it for me. Went out to George town for a train ride about a 42min drive! Thank you to our Host she was great to communincate with.

The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Short drive to many different mountain towns and great restaurants. Communication was easy and readily available. This is a must stay!

We had a great stay. This is a perfect location! Super clean and decorated beautifully. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds out of the many VRBO’s I’ve rented and had great pillows. I usually bring my own and worried when I forgot mine, but they were perfect and I didn’t even miss mine. Tammy Is great to work with. When we had any questions she would get back to us instantly. I would most definitely stay here again. My kids all loved it and loved that they each had their own bathrooms in their rooms. My daughter also forgot her necklace and Tammy kindly reached out to me and sent it back to us. Thank you!!!
