The staff are so nice, the housekeeper made sure the room is cleaned daily. Place was walking distance to cheap but delicious, clean places to eat, the amazing Tortuga Bay, the pier and to the Darwin Center.

We stayed here as a family (2 adults; 2 teens). Room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage for the day after checkout. They connected us with a great driver, Marcelo, who took us on a tour to the tortoise reserve and los gemelos. We hired Marcelo to drive us to the airport at the end of our trip. Located on a side street so felt a little out of the bustle of Puerto Ayora but still walkable around town. A great stay!

Absolutely no complaints. It was clean, well located and the staff was friendly and helpful. FYI street could get a bit noisy and bleed into the room.

The location is perfect if you want to go to Tortuga Bay, Laguna Las Monjas. There are several restaurants very close and the boardwalk is about a 7-minute walk away. You have tea and coffee 24/7.

The Hotel is small and very beautiful It was done tastefully. There is an empty lot at the corner which is bad, it is in the market area of Puerto Ayora... a place for those who wish the local flavor of the local people. It is not in the touristic zone. It is seven blocks from the Port and about 30 blocks from the small beaches ... there are many travel agencies where they sell tours... most of the guests are very nice people from Ecuador with small children. Noisy for adults... there is a very nice swiming pool and the kids play there until 7pm.
The receptionists are very nice and helpful...
The staff in the kitchen is not well trained... the Breakfast is good for eggs and coffee.... and the bread they do not have a toaster... not good. Sorry but details matter...
Nice huge tv... good ac machines...
I would recommend it for young people ... stairs are high.... with children and again to be with the nice Ecuadorean people,
The towels and linen are good... rooms ok... shower good... soap available...many electical outlets...
I love plants and this place has beautiful plants handled with love

Like that the hotel was in a good area. Close to attractions and restaurants.
Don't like that the pool was to small and the facilities in bad conditions.

Very nice staff , friendly and helpful, nice room size , nice and clean overall , good air condition working well, we were in the room on the first floor, definitely, good value for money.

Clean and spacious. We liked the upper deck. It was a nice spot to hang out at sunset. There are stalls nearby called the kiosks after 6 pm that sell fresh empanadas that are delicious.

My room was too close to the pool and it was very noisy, but other than that,it was very nice.

Staff was friendly and helpful and was a good location. They cleaned the room every day but There were a lot of ants in the room, the shower made the whole bathroom wet. The air conditioners were leaking outside so there was big puddles on the floor and I could hear it dripping all night. The room was also very damp smelling and humid so they would open the windows but there were no safes and it would be easy for another guest to climb in, so we had to ask them to leave it closed via google translate since no one spoke English

The owner, Kenya and the manager, Jennifer, are lovely, hospitable people. We are a family of 4-we had a spacious room with 2 queen beds which were very comfortable. We enjoyed the inner courtyard with the small pool. There was coffee, hot water for tea and filtered water in the lobby. Wifi was unpredictable as it is everywhere in the Galapagos. We especially loved the location. Very easy and pleasant stroll to the main port area, but far enough away to be quiet. Right in the heart of it gets very noisy at night as each restaurant is playing loud music. Several good restaurants and shops literally around the corner. Jennifer was very helpful in booking our ferry and helping us plan excursions. I forgot my sandals in the room and Kenya asked a friend to drop them off at our hotel on Isla San Cristobal. I highly recommend staying here, I would stay again.

Hostel is about 10 minutes from Port and large supermarket. A mini market is 2 minutes away. The hostel and rooms are ok, but have seen better times. Furniture, rooms, bathroom are very old and there could be more light / lamps. Windows and doors do not seal, so air condition needs to run constantly to cool down the room. We had a deluxe room with lots of space.

Nice place to stay. Clean, quiet, housekeeping kept up with the rooms. Staff was very friendly. They accommodated my family of 6 and we were all comfortable. Price point was fair. Would stay again.

This hotel was good for its location and very good for breakfast but the internet connection was the worst I had in all 3 islands of Galápagos that I have stayed.

Nice, quiet hostal, with a small swimming pool, free breakfast, free drinking water close to all services in Puerto Ayora. Staff pleasant and accommodating.

The staff was really helpful. The room was always neat and clean. The room was spacious. It was a definitely a good value. It was a little farther walk to Charles Darwin St. than I had expected, but it is close to the access path to Tortuga Bay beach, so if you are a surfer its a great location. It is also quieter because it isnt on the main drag. Breakfast was fine except they usually didnt have fruit which is one of the things they say they include, but they always had bread, jam, ham, cheese, one kind of egg, some type of rice and usually a type of platano dish. coffee or tea. You could certainly fill up if you are on a budget. Bottled water dispensers were always available to fill up your water bottle which is important since you cant drink the water. The pool was more like a large hot tub size and was pretty murky, so we didnt try it out.

Clean and comfortable budget hotel. Room was big enough for our family of 3 adults. One double bed and two tein beds beds provided in room #1, 3rd bed wasn't needed, but eniugh space to move around. Bathroom was little small and towels provided seems to be worn, so we used our own. No hair deyer in the bathroom.
Breaknfast was good for all three days we stayed. Eggs, rice and plantains are served every day but dofferent ways and you can request eggs to be done the way you wanted. Bananas, bread, coffee, tea and juice were also served.
Overall excellent value for the money and 15-30 min walk to the port.

The hotel is right off the Main Street of town, about s 10 minute walk from the port. The breakfasts are great- and that is worth 6 dollars a day. Cold water always available. And there is a little pool to cool off in after a hot day.

Good: close to harbor life at Santa CruzTo improve: no closet so difficult to organize your staff. Breakfast quality is really poor or at least that is what I saw during the 3 days I stayed there. I believe 3 stars rating is a little bit high for the hotel. if you are young and have no money is OK if the amenities does not matter for you.
