Gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom split floor plan home with over 2,500 sq ft of indoor living space, large 600+ sq ft covered patio with beautiful views to enjoy while dining outdoor, swimming in the pool or relaxing in our large hot tub. The contemporary, open floor plan, with high ceilings is fully equipped for both relaxation and entertainment during your stay!

Enjoy the ease and economy of flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and your short 23 mile drive northeast up the Beeline Highway to our beautiful retreat. Located just minutes from Mayo Clinic, Ft. McDowell, WeKoPa Casino Resort and some of Arizona’s premier golf courses and shopping/dining experiences. Short walking distance to the Desert Canyon Golf Club, less than 10 minute drive to many other courses like Eagle Mountain, WeKoPa, and Sunridge Canyon. Take a short walk up the hill to enjoy the fabulous (and incredibly reasonable) Sunday Brunch Buffet at DC Bar & Grill. Book a day at the spa or enjoy fine dinning at the nearby Adero Resort. Check out other restaurants that are just minutes from the home like the rustic Saddle Bronc Grill. The house was clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing and watching golfers. Location of home was close to golf, shopping, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our 5 nights!

The home was perfect, with a gorgeous setting. We enjoyed playing in the pool while watching the golfers. The pool table was a huge hit with my kids. Would love to stay here again!

This is a great property really good location. Back yard patio is relaxing with pretty views of mountains and golf course. Home is warm, comfortable & clean. From start of reservation process to departure, this was a great stay. Awesome couples weekend in Fountain Hills! Really enjoyed the hot tub, the comfortable living spaces, and the relaxing bedrooms. Close to hiking, restaurants, and other recreation that we enjoyed a bunch. Always able to come back and relax at the house (and in the hot tub)! Great communication from host who even left a birthday plant/balloon for my wife!

This home was even more than I had hoped! I can’t wait to return with my family!!! I loved looking out at the pool and the golf course beyond that. The birds were a joy to hear. The many colors of the desert displayed their beauty at this time of the year. The owners were wonderful to talk to. Love, love this property.

We had perfect weather and was a much-needed vacation! Really enjoyed the house, pool, and hot tub. My sister played the piano, and we played pool together for the first time in a very long time! The scenery was beautiful and location quiet and fun to walk in the neighborhoods. Also did a 4 mile hike in the mountains. Thank you again Meredith!

This property was exactly what we were hoping for a special occasion visit to Fountain Hills. I can’t say enough about the host, Meredith, who is thoughtful, responsive and ensures that everything is perfect for your stay. The home is comfortable, clean and very well stocked. Everything from new beach towels to kitchen utensils to laundry room supplies. Pool and hot tub were heated and ready for us to enjoy upon check-in - which was wonderful! You will never get tired of the views of the golf course and Red Mountain. I highly recommend this home and I’m looking forward to our next stay.

We had the most amazing stay in this beautiful house! Every bed was comfy, kitchen fully stocked, beautiful views, just the absolute best. The owner Meredith was great and when talking to her, I could tell that it was important to her that we had a great stay as she was very attentive. We really didn’t want to leave!

Four of us stayed at this Fountain Hills vacation rental earlier this month and completely enjoyed the home and amenities. The house was immaculate, and even the outdoor sitting areas were spotless. Everything was in perfect working order, and we had everything we needed from a large fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and nice outdoor grill, to a well-stocked pool towel closet and laundry room. We paid extra for the heated pool in January, which was well worth it. We did activities in the morning and lounged around the pool and hot tub in the afternoons. The pool area had a beautiful view of the golf course and the morning sunrise. Communication was great, and we had no issues in planning or arriving. I highly recommend this property for your vacation enjoyment.

The homeowners thought of everything we could possibly need. The area was so quiet, so we slept in everyday. The home is just spectacular and we will definitely stay here again. The pool and the hot tub were so clean and welcoming. The neighborhood is just so nice. There are many seating areas inside and outside so this home is perfect for a large family.

Gorgeous home!!! Everything is exactly like the pictures. Such a great area to be in, especially if you are doing a lot of touring and daily activities like we were. So great to come back to the house every afternoon and relax in the beautiful pool/hot tub. The wonderful hosts, Meredith and Herb were so quick to answer any questions. I don’t cook while I’m on vacation but I love to cook and what a great kitchen this would have been to cook in. You will be thrilled with this home as your choice.🌵🌴🦎

We absolutely adored this property and had a wonderful week here in April! The owners were fabulous, courteous and attentive. The house was elegant, flowing, relaxing and cool. Wonderful setting. Loved watching the golfers hit their approach shots to the 10th green while lounging in the pool and hot tub. The views of Red Mountain are spectacular. House has great amenities ... everything was just as the pictures on the website portrayed. Owner responded to a couple of questions that I had very quickly. Would stay here again.

This property is really beautiful - the pictures don't do it justice. Very quiet, cul de sac, with a lovely pool and hot tub. Owners are super sweet and communicative. It's a pretty quick trip to Scottsdale or Phoenix but very relaxing and worth the drive for us!
