Hotel was perfect for us!
We love being close to the Brooklyn Bridge and water. So many great places to eat and drink near the hotel and all within walking distance! Check in was super easy and they staff was excellent!
Would stay there again, no doubt.

This was my second stay and I will stay again, but one thing I did notice is that the water takes a long time to get warm

The hotel was beautiful and I highly recommend picking a room with an outdoor terrace. The view of the Brooklyn Bridge was phenomenal. I have to give special mentions to two staff members (JR and Chris), these gentlemen showcased what hospitality is all about.

Boutique hotel located in Seaport. Rooms are spacious for NYC standards. Room was clean, but carpet showing some age. Friendly staff. Love the close proximity to the Tin building and waterfront.
Area is full of bars and loud at night. Feels unsafe walking late at night. No rooftop terrace for hotel guests- just for select rooms.
Received beverage credit and room upgrade for VIP.

I booked a room late at night (10:30pm) and meant to book it for the following night but accidentally did the current night. The hotel refused to adjust the dates to the next night stating it was non refundable. I explained I don’t want a refund just to stay for the current night. A true 5 star hotel is much more accommodating and does not keep someone’s money in a sketchy way. Had stayed here previously but will not be staying again. They stated they “held” the room for me and I would have had to call before midnight. I explained I had only 1.5 hours before midnight from when I booked it and that I went to bed immediately after. They were very rude and unhelpful

Great location, beautiful view from the room of the Brooklyn Bridge, clean and well equipped with friendly staff.

Housekeeping didn’t replenish products very well. Had to ask several times for shower gel. Not a welcoming environment in lobby bar for morning coffee. Restaurant was closed off for private event one of the mornings so no where to sit and enjoy your coffee. Chris, the bellman, did a wonderful job at making us feel welcomed. He gave a thorough tour of room upon arrival.

Everything from check-in and onward was fantastic. Friendly and warm welcoming staff. The house keeping was spot on every single day. Super hospitable bellmen and front desk staff. I can't say enough, we loved our stay and we loved NYC!!! We will definitely be back for our next visit.

Great place to stay for a concert at Pier 17

The rooms were not great. The a/c condenser must be on the other side of the bathroom wall and when the air conditioner came on, the bathroom was so loud you couldn't sleep. Also the bathroom has a large window so when someone goes in during the night it lights up the whole room.

From the moment we checked in, to checking out — everything was wonderful. I stayed here for my birthday and had an exceptional time. The staff were so attentive and friendly.
They even offered recommendations for dining in the area, though we already had plans. To top it all off, while my guy and I were on the massive terrace enjoying the view of the Brooklyn Bridge, we were surprised when we looked in to the room after a bit to find a bottle of champagne on ice and a lovely note from the manager!
Thank you 33 Seaport for helping to make my birthday memorable! Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Super clean, modern hotel in a quiet and historic area in NYC. Beautiful rooms with lovely perks like tea able to be made with a Stagg kettle and a fully stocked minibar. Only downside was the tiny tiny gym but was able to get a workout in regardless

A hidden gem! This speakeasy hotel offers an excellent location with outstanding staff and service. Its proximity to great dining options, city highlights and entertainment adds to its appeal. I chose this property mostly because I was looking for a good place to be able to work remotely during my stay in New York. The desk setup in the room was perfect and was exactly what I was looking for! Also, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, which was a bonus! We had a courtroom facing room, which was perfect for me because I’m a light sleeper and didn’t hear ANY street noise while I slept. The area the hotel is in was also very charming - lots of cobblestone streets and shops. We enjoyed our stay!

The staff was beyond wonderful. July 1 my father went into cardiac arrest and the staff ( especially Curtis) took great care of my mother. I do t write reviews but I’m so grateful for all their support ❤️
