The view from the house is amazing. The inner garden with the jacuzzi is wonderful.

Lush environment in a serene setting. Just off the Russian river, directly overlooking the ripen fruitful vineyards. Like being in a magical forest everyday. The cottage is well appointed with all the accoutrements necessary for a comfortable stay; clean, pristine, and cozy. A truly enchanting escape.

Contrary to previous reviews the wifi connection was great in both buildings and there weren't any musty odors or unstable furnishings. There are a lot of doors for enjoying fresh air and quiet area away from the main road. The bathroom is connected directly to both bedrooms with two doors, which can be awkward if people in your party are fussy. Friendly neighbors and wish we could stay longer than two nights!

Friendly neighborhood, everyone waved as we drove by. The house is cute, secluded and private. A little musty smell in the first section of house. I liked the brown tiles and wood burning stove. (Wish we were staying longer to use it) The star of this property for me was the hot tub of course. I absolutely love how it is tucked between the two parts of the house, very private. The bedroom/bathroom area was pretty cold, but we used a heater and both comforters and slept fine. I appreciate all the towels, both bathroom towels and beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked with item needed for preparing meals. The only thing I would suggest is better internet connection and maybe an Apple TV so that people can connect their own devices to be able to watch tv if they want to. Otherwise, it was a nice homey feel. We had a great weekend together at the vineyard cottage.

My daughters and I had a great stay in this little cottage. Very unique and authentic and would definitely stay again!

We loved the location as it was close to everywhere we planned on visiting and it was nice to have a location with a hot tub to enjoy. The pillows were amazing! The problem with this location is that it is right across from a vineyard and it was harvest season and we got little to no sleep due to the ongoing activity. Workers were driving up and down the road with tractors and in the vineyard there were harvesters with spotlights so it was very busy. The cabin furniture could use some updating and the kitchen and living room area has a very unpleasant smell.

This place was absolutely filthy, dried throw up rolled up into blankets, what looked to be poop smeared on the bathroom door and floor, cigarette smoke filled bedding as well as butts everywhere and that’s just the most note able. Something horrible must have happened at this property. All the reviews before my stay were good. There is a third party company managing the property now and it seems to be some type of scam. It was late when my friend and I arrived so we didn’t see the degree of filth until we woke up the next morning. By that time the window that VRBO will do anything had lapsed. The property manager said they would issue me a refund after I sent pictures but stopped responding to all of my correspondence when I clarified it would be a full refund. They never refunded a cent. I tried to get VRBO to intervene but all they would do is send an email and tell me I have to wait for the property manager to ‘do the right thing’, which they never did.

Beautiful views, nicely decorated, and all conveniences, except know if you go that you have to go outside to get from the kitchen/living room dining area to the bedrooms and bathroons. Since it was raining the whole time we visited, a little inconvenient. But hot tub was nice, but could not get it hot enough. And could not get the TV to work at all - would not work with the remote provided, even though we were told there was no tv service, only DVD's . Really wanted to watch a DVD one night, but no matter what we tried, no go. Also know, cute woodstove in living room, but no firewood provided. Luckily, we brought our own. Would really like to hear back from a real person to know that might address the problems in case we want to come again.

The place was great! Very peaceful with views of a vineyard. One thing to know is that there is NO HEAT. I missed the memo on that one so my first night was really cold. Thank god for the hot tub! There are also a ton of extra blankets and comforters. Luckily town is just a few minutes away so I was able to get supplies for the wood stove the next day. Kitchen is fully equipped. Another thing to note is the smell of sulfur when using the hot water. No big deal. All in all I had a wonderful stay and would go again!
