A panoramic view of Puget Sound, island meadows, and evergreen hills awaits at this four-bedroom home in Greenbank, a relaxing, comfortable getaway immersed in the serene beauty of Whidbey Island.
This home sits near the island's eastern shore, with sunrise views looking out toward the Cascades. It's a mere 50 yards to the entrance of the Greenbank off-leash area for dogs and the trail system surrounding Greenbank Farm - a Whidbey Island landmark known for its lovely grounds and delicious pies.
Spend your days outside on the large deck, where you'll find cushioned outdoor sofas, a gas fire table to use on foggy mornings and evenings, and a built-in pizza oven to make alfresco dinners all the more special. Down below, there's a spacious patio and a backyard where your kids can burn off their energy. As the day winds down, have a relaxing soak in the hot tub.
Inside, the main living space is upstairs on the second floor, offering plenty of mid-century style, a wood-burning fireplace, and picture windows that frame the sound. The open kitchen and dining room boast the same beautiful view. At night, retreat downstairs to a family room with an air hockey table, a play tent for the kids, and a soft sectional where you can watch movies in the warmth of the wood stove.
Of the four bedrooms, two (including the primary suite) are upstairs and two are downstairs.

The house is warm, inviting & has a wonderfully peaceful feeling. Super comfortable beds, beautiful views, really spacious deck. Deer, birds and rabbits nibbling contentedly in the garden. Ideal location for a short drive to Coupeville, Langley and many beatiful beaches. Just perfect!

This was a great house. Not fancy but very spacious. Lovely deck with a partial water view. Easy walk to the Greenbank farms. Five-minute drive to a beach. The listing said only one full bath but there were actually three (showers are small). Perfect large table for games or cards. We had a great time.

We had a golf tournament on Saturday and decided to take in the sights of Whidbey Island

Beautiful, large and well kept home with a view of the sound. We vacationed there for a few days with my sister and her children. They loved the downstairs space and games. There were deer and hummingbirds on the property, which was fun. It's away from things, but still accessible to Oak Harbor and Freeland if you need to run out and get something. This property is going on my list of favorites.
