Now to the best part of the home, open the double french doors from the living areas out to the "Boathouse" the covered alfresco entertaining area, adjacent to the in-ground mineral swimming pool, imagine sitting back with a margarita or two ( fresh limes from the lime trees) and soaking in the sun and ocean air.
An extra wide timber staircase leads upstairs to four generous bedrooms, each individually themed with designer Ralph Lauren wallpaper, The master bedroom and bedroom 4 each have raked ceilings and both feature covered private balconies.
