Standing in one of the best positions on Crag Path this impressive two bedroom house is located on the seafront and boasts some of the best sea views in Aldeburgh. James M Barrie, author of Peter Pan once stayed here.
Magenta sleeps four people in two ensuite bedrooms with master bedroom offering breath-taking and uninterrupted sea view from its balcony and has a super-king bed. The second bedroom can be super-king or twins
The living space has a sash window enjoying lovely views out to sea as well as Crag Path. The house also benefits from a well equipped and modern kitchen/diners
Just a few paces off Aldeburgh's High Street with its eclectic range of local shops, brand name boutiques, restaurants and galleries along with an independent cinema, Magenta is perfect for a seaside escape at any time of the year

Sitting: 2 comfortable two-seater sofas, 32-inch LCD TV with FreeSat and Sky Q, Blu-ray/DVD player, NUVO integrated sound system. A large sash window offering view out to beach and Crag Path. A step leads down to the kitchen/dining area
Kitchen/Dining: Open plan with granite worktops, dishwasher, washer/dryer, integrated fan oven/ microwave combi oven, induction hob, Teppanyaki plate, food warming drawer, a larder fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser, 32-inch LCD TV. Bi-folding doors open onto enclosed small patio outside

Bedroom 1: Super-king size bed with fantastic sea views, bistro table and chairs, French doors open out to balcony overlooking Aldeburgh beach. A wall mounted TV, bedside tables and built in cupboards
