The two-story cottage is conveniently located a short golf-cart drive from the Gulf of Mexico’s world-class sugary beaches and a brief walk to some of 30A’s iconic restaurants. “Coco Cottage” offers something for every member of the family including access to Camp WaterColor which features a zero-entry pool, tower slide, and children’s playground. If you are desiring a quiet retreat at the end of the day, the WaterColor community boasts five miles of beautiful biking and walking trails. Intentionally decorated with comfort and charm in mind, this professionally maintained property provides the peace of mind necessary for a perfect vacation. “Coco Cottage” is roomy enough to offer every member of your group their own space, while the kitchen, dining, and living rooms elicit familial gatherings. THE SPACE
As you walk through the front door your eyes will be drawn to the beautiful hardwood floors that run throughout the house. Next, you will bask in the warm sunshine from the naturally lit downstairs gathering area windows. In fact, that is one thing that you will love about this property: the natural sunlight refreshing each room. Take a moment to soak this space in because, for the duration of your trip, you are home. Within this stretch of open rooms, you have the family room which leads into the dining space and concludes with the kitchen in the back of the home. The first space you will enter is the spacious family room. The first-floor family space offers plenty of comfortable seating for you to rest while a movie plays in the background after a long day at the beach. If you are looking to play a family game, this space has a centrally located coffee table that can be accessed by all members of your group. It is only a short walk to the dining area, which offers seating for six at the table (in addition to the four at the island in the kitchen). The design of this area allows for plenty of conversation with its open space and circular table. A few steps from the dining room table is the stunning granite counter-topped kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove top, a large double-door refrigerator, and an island with a sink to maximize the area for all your cooking needs. The kitchen is thoughtfully designed, prompting you to look for reasons to cook!
Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Within this short hallway is the half-bath and master suite. As you step through the door of the master suite you are greeted by the lovely decorated and furnished space. This space has an inviting king-sized bed beneath two swing-arm sconce lights, next to bedside tables, a dresser, mounted television, and of course, an en-suite private bathroom. The bathroom offers his-and-her granite-topped vanity sinks and an enormous Roman-bath-style walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The bathroom offers enough area for you to comfortably get ready before an evening out on the town.
After your completion of the tour downstairs, you will stroll up the stairs in the living room directly into the second-floor gathering space. This area is accented with two soft sofas, mounted television, and plenty of room to relax in the warm sunlight poking through the windows. Attached to this space is a guest bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed, two sconce lights, bedside tables, mounted television, beautiful decorative pieces, and a private bathroom en-suite. The private bathroom offers his-and-her granite-topped vanity sinks as well as a Roman-bath-style walk-in shower. Much like the first-floor bathroom, you will have an abundance of space.
Meeting back in the upstairs family room we will take the hallway at the top of the stairs and head left to the third bedroom which offers two twin-over-full bunk beds. This spacious area has everything a guest could need from bedside tables to a dresser, ceiling fans, and of course, a private bathroom. Much like the rest of the bathrooms, this room has his and her granite-topped vanity sinks, and a full-sized bathtub and shower.
Finally, we approach the last bedroom designed with comfort as a priority. This room offers a king-sized bed, two bedside tables, which can double as a dresser, a full-sized dresser, and a single bed with a trundle to accommodate additional guests. The private en-suite bathroom offers his and her granite-topped vanity sinks and a pocket door room where a toilet and Roman bath-style shower with an adjustable showerhead. This spacious bathroom offers plenty of natural light through the frosted window.
As your days draw to a close you may find yourself looking for a peaceful escape outside of the home. “Coco Cottage” offers an outdoor grill to accent the perfect family meal, in addition to three patios to enjoy them. The downstairs features a screened porch with seating for four located on the front of the home. There is an additional downstairs patio on the side of the home, near where the grill is located. Upstairs there is the final patio, which offers seating for four and makes for a perfect early-morning cup of coffee.

Watercolor Resort is a family-friendly coastal resort, tucked between the Gulf of Mexico and a coastal dune lake framed by a long leaf pine forest. Throughout the beautiful landscape trails wind some stunning parks, multiple pools, playgrounds, tennis courts, boutiques, restaurants, and a private beach located along Scenic 30A. Watercolor also sports the finest five miles of biking and walking trails around the community. You can expect to enjoy Western lake, play grounds for the little ones, climbing structures, basketball/tennis courts. The boathouse sits on Western Lake just north of the beautiful Cerulean park. Take a trip across Western lake via Paddle-board, kayak or canoe (they have rentals available). The boathouse also offers fitness classes for those still looking to stay in tip top shape while on vacation. After getting a good workout in enjoy your evening at Fish out of water~ an award winning restaurant or unwind at Chan's Wine World.
