Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.

We were a group of 7 staying at Amalia's place and the house was everything we hoped for. The property looks exactly as pictured, although we think it's a lot more charming in person. The house was clean and modern. It has all the essential amenities that one could need in a home away from home. We like that the house is in a very quiet neighborhood and about 20 mins drive to all the popular spots like New Port, Matunuck oyster bar, and the ferry terminal to Block Island. Eventhough we never met Amalia in person, but our communications were seamless. She was very thoughtful and flexible in our check-in/out requests. We would definitely come back again.

The house is in a good neighborhood. We like the Narrow River being close. We like to kayak to the beach from the river.
The house was clean and well supplied. The outside was a little overgrown. The picnic table/ fire pit area was a little overgrown by weeds. The table was nice outback. The outside shower is a plus and very nice.
The kitchen cabinets and drawers could have been a little cleaner. The downstairs could have used another air conditioner in either the living room or dining room.
Otherwise we thought that the house was very nice.

Upon arrival 2 blinds in the living room were visibly broken and upon further review of the house one was totally missing and the rest were extremely hard to operate and dusty. The shower curtain liner had MOLD all along the bottom and mold was also in all of the indoor bathrooms by the radiators. Wifi was unplugged and we found it after searching in a closet and had to plug it in. One of the beds had sand in it-obviously I stripped and washed it on NIGHT 1. Air conditioners were extremely loud and weren’t secured in the windows. Outdoor covered patio was FILTHY. We washed and hosed everything down with a disenfectant and there was a can of oped cat food there with MAGGOTS. Obviously, the house was not checked before we arrived as one of the hosts responses to the wifi modem being unplugged was “ you never know with some renters”. Really?? That’s part of what they are getting paid for

We had a great week at this property. Narragansett beach is perfect. We wanted to try the other beaches that were close by but we loved Narragansett so kept going back there. Took a nice drive to Newport one day too. Very quiet, peaceful location, was great. Close to beaches, restaurants - we became fans of Fuel Coffee Bar down the road. Little pricey but a nice treat while on vacation - walking distance from house. Host is extremely responsive, great to work with.

We loved our week here! Great location, close drive to beaches. Comfortable and nicely appointed living space. The covered porch really extends the living space. User friendly kitchen which I greatly appreciated! All around relaxing visit!

Check-in was simple. There was enough room for everyone. Some loved the outdoor shower and the fire pit was great. Also had an outdoor grill which made cooking a little easier. Would use again.

In this WFH time, the 4 bedroom worked well. Three bedrooms with room ACs and desks upstairs allowed two daughters and one son in law to have their own 'offices'. The downstairs, deck, and backyard all good for the five of us. Location good as well-quick drives to Wickford, Narragansett TB, etc,

We visited Narragansett with three children under the age of 4 and this house was perfect for us! Some of the furniture (particularly the couch in the living room) was very tired but we mostly spent our time on the beautiful covered deck and spacious, private backyard patio. The decor in the house is updated and charming. Two of the bedrooms very comfortably fit pack and plays for infants. Very convenient that linens were provided. Check in and check out were a breeze. Close drive to local beaches. Kerry had extremely speedy communication when we had questions about planning our trip - especially which restaurants to visit. We would definitely consider renting this property again and would encourage other young families to do the same!

Kerry and George have a very nice property and are very accommodating. My family and I had a short stay and wished we had planned for more days. Will definitely rent this property again.

I was having a friends reunion in Narragansett and me and my friends really enjoyed this house. Really nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The outside patio and backyard was the most comfortable since we were out there the most with the sun out. Private and a lot of fun. 5 minute drive to the beach with pizza and other restaurant stores less than 2 minutes down the road. Kerry was very communicative.
Thank you so much!
Will definitely book again when we are in the area.
