Went for a wedding and this place killed it!!
Nice views, balcony to unwind

Great place to stay! Amazing views of the city, quiet neighborhood. The house has everything you need: comfy beds, washer and dryer, dishwasher, stocked kitchen. Coffee provided, which was very nice. We hope to come back!

Spent a week here and stay was excellent. Close to everything. Didn't drive more than 15 minutes to get anywhere. Would stay again.

The house and location are perfect! Warm and inviting with personal touches that make the rental feel like a home. Beautiful view and functional black out curtains in the master bedroom. Plenty of hot water with good water pressure. Comfortable beds. Easy walk to cafes. Best espresso is at a coffee shop is called Public Square. Very responsive management with excellent communication.

Needed a place to stay for a few days and this property was a great choice in a quiet part of town

I enjoyed my stay. The townhome has a modern uncluttered feel with windows and a deck that look out toward Mt Helix. Very pleasant. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking and a short walk to La Mesa Village , restaurants, coffee shops, trolley. Mayra responded quickly to my questions.

Highly recommend & will def come back.

The house was exactly what we needed. A lot of space. Walking distance to some great coffee shops and restaurants. It was great having a garage as well!

This place exceeded our expectations. It is fully stocked with everything you’d want. From baby bassinet, crib and children toys if needed. We appreciated how thoughtfully stocked it was. Spacious, clean and just perfect. We’ll definitely be coming back.

When we arrived there was a trash can on the balcony with ants all over it, full of trash and very stinky. I understood the check-out instructions are for us to take our own trash out, which I did, but we do pay a hefty cleaning fee and I am disappointed that the cleaning crew couldn't pick up the slack from the previous occupants. I tried to call and email but received no response. We didn't have time to take this nasty trash out ourselves as we had such a busy schedule and already needed to clean the dirty bathroom before our kids used it. There was pubic hair in the tub/shower bathroom as well as all over the cabinets. I cleaned that immediately up becasue my children were using that bathroom. Then one of the other bathrooms had no towel to dry our hands on so I had to go on a treasure hunt for a hand towel. The showers had no pressure, we didn't get very clean after a very long day in the mountains. That was a bummer. I do believe the dishwasher may need maintenance, when loading it I saw the detergent tray didn't open and was still full of wet soap, yuck. I wish I had a way to privately message the owner of the residence all of this information instead of making this public. Because I believe this is mostly a cleaning issue. The place is so cute, and decorated so nice! The carpet seems clean. Lots of baby accommodations if you have a baby.

Great property, perfect for what we needed. We were moving our son into SDSU. We arrived late at night so waking up and having the Keurig there and ready was great. The Brita water pitcher in the fridge with water already chilled was great too.
The first night, I tried to sleep on the futon but it was not comfortable at all as I could feel the wooden beams through the cushion, so if you are counting on that for a bedding option, it was less than optimal. The real/other beds were very comfy though. Bedrooms were downstairs (short set of carpeted stairs) as was laundry room with washer/dryer, sink, supplies & plenty of space.
We had our full size SUV (Infiniti QX80 if that helps). It would not have fit in the garage and we had to park at an angle in the driveway to keep it from sticking out too much over the sidewalk, but it wasn't an issue at all and we are used to that when we drive big vehicles to Southern California. There was some street parking also if needed on a quiet street.
The trolley runs right below the property but with the doors/windows closed, we could not hear it at all (husband is a very light sleeper and was worried, but no issue at all).
Communication was quick and friendly throughout the process before and during our stay.
Overall, we definitely loved it and have no complaints- comfortable, away from the busy streets, close to SDSU and freeways, in a cute neighborhood with a lovely deck where I enjoyed my coffee and watching the trolley go by below.

We enjoyed this spacious unit, with its modern decor and peaceful views of La Mesa--Jewel of the Hills. We were a bit surprised by the upside down layout, which featured a steep staircase to the bedrooms, baths and laundry downstairs. But the high ceiling and views from the living area made it well worth the trips up and down. Overall it suited us well, and we would choose this home again for a future visit....

Me and my family were incredibly excited and grateful to be able to stay in this wonderful place at a wonderful location. Hopefully we'll be able to utilize this spot for our future visits and stays in the San Diego area over the next several years.

My family had a great stay. The house is clean and has all the things we need. Perfect for family with baby/ kids as it has crib, baby seats and toys. Great location with nice view at night and in the morning.. close to downtown and shops. Will stay again

So very tidy and stylish! Loved the decor and the location too! Just a short 10 min walk to bars and restaurants in old la mesa. The deck was great for coffee in the am. Very quiet and clean.

It pains me to leave this negative review because it’s a great place in a great location. However, there were bedbugs in the master bedroom that left us with bites after the first night. My wife and I were forced to sleep in the bunk beds and our toddler in the laundry room for the rest of our stay.
I would’ve left I a positive review if they had remedied the situation as promised, but it’s been weeks now. They promised to reimburse us a small amount and never did and are non responsive.
Initially, we contacted them because we wanted to ensure they thoroughly cleaned so the next renters don’t experience the same, and we didn’t have any expectation of reimbursement. But the management company Evolve was indifferent and responded with a generic email to our concerns.
