This stunning, fully air-conditioned, 5 bedroom home with huge open plan living and dining area, full kitchen with all amenities, ensuited master, family bathroom as well as a separate toilet, will suit a family group, or conference/golf/friend groups equally, as one of the king beds can be split into two singles if preferred.
The amazing, huge deck, has a large dining table, barbecue and settee to sit and enjoy. You'll be happy to spend your entire holiday snoozing, reading, swimming, chatting, eating and taking in the view.
You can fish from your own sandy beach and even throw in a crab pot...then cook up your catch on the BBQ and dine under the stars. Catch the glorious winter sun in the mornings and walk 1 minute up the road to the fabulous beachfront parks, swim in the magnificent waters of Tallebudgera Creek, hire a stand up paddle board or walk across the highway and grab a perfect breakfast at Custard Cafe.
For those who love nothing more than to relax with their favourite TV shows, there is a smart TV in the living room.
The central, airy kitchen comes equipped with everything you can think of, from cutlery and crockery, to pots and pans, utensils and glassware. Perfect for those nights you prefer to stay in and enjoy just being "at home".
The whole house is yours....from the 5 spacious bedrooms, large alfresco dining with BBQ, fully fenced, child safe garden to the sandy beach on the waterfront.

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed (with THE most spectacular view in the house!)
Bedroom 3: 1 Triple Bunk, double on the bottom, single on the top
Bedroom 4: 1 King bed - can be changed to 2 long singles *
Bedroom 5: 1 Single bed
* Changes to bedding configuration may incur an additional fee

NO RECENT SCHOOL LEAVERS, SCHOOLIES, BUCKS, HENS, WEDDINGS OR ANY PARTIES.
**In accordance with Gold Coast City Council and Holiday Rental Group Code of Conduct, this house has a strict NO PARTY and NO FUNCTIONS policy. As this property is situated in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbour's we request all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area 'quiet time' from 10pm to 8 am. ** NO SCHOOLIES
A starter pack of guest amenities is supplied to see you through your first night, this gives you time to complete your grocery shopping for the items you prefer to use.
