When it’s time to explore, you’ll be minutes from the beach, shopping, local restaurants, activities, and all the amenities you could need.

At home, grab some coffee and start the day on the shady patio out back or the second-floor balcony in the front. Have a dip in the pool and enjoy some Florida sunshine before starting the day. Inside, the sleek, well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of prep space when it’s time to make mealtime magic. Dine together at the window-front table for six, then head out to explore. When you return, relax in the central AC or head back out to the pool. Entertainment options include free WiFi, cable, and six TVs, so everyone can find something to watch. At the end of the night, rest well in any of the six bedrooms, with the primary suite on the first floor, four bedrooms on the second floor, and the final bedroom on the top floor. Memories are waiting to be made in Miramar Beach - all that’s left to do is book.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Absolutely spotlessly clean. The house is wonderful. Spacious, airy, comfortable... Everything one could want in a vacation home. 10 of us were comfortable and relaxed. The management team was attentive to any calls or questions. I wouldn't hesitate to rent here again and am now looking for properties rum by the management company.

This home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family of 13!! Having the pool, golf cart and bikes was a great benefit to have access to. The neighborhood is in a quiet, secluded gated community which we loved. It really was like home away from home. The house was extremely clean and had great amenities. Check in and check out was very easy, if we had any questions the response time back was very quick and helpful. Overall this house was a 10/10 in our eyes!! Thank you Vacasa, can’t wait till next year.

Great Stay! Beautiful home in a gated community! The house was better than the pictures! Spacious, and clean! Minutes away from the beach! Great area! Golf cart and bikes available for use! Fast and effective communication! I would definitely stay again!

Good location has no private beach access but you can drive easily to the public beach access and there are plenty of places to shop close, beautiful house in a gates quite neighborhood.

The home was as expected from the listing. It was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, great kitchen, plenty of room for all guests to sit and relax. Rooms were also nice. Bathrooms were nice as well, however we couldn’t figure out how to make the water hotter as it was like warm. Overall it was a great place to stay. I also left some belongings behind which we turned in thankfully by the cleaning crew and also shipped back to me!

The house itself is very nice and the pool and golf cart are pluses. The interior necessities were missing however or in short supply or installed or working incorrectly. Just one of numerous examples - whereas the house can sleep 16, the number of glasses were 8 and with half of them in the dishwasher we often were considerably short of glasses.. The basic necessities for convenient living were in short supply on several items, especially in the kitchen. It is as if no one ever lived in the house. Another example of that was several of the shower faucets, which were installed incorrectly so that hot was cold and cold was hot. The TV setup was also frustrating and deficient. The only streamer available was the builtin LG streamer. LG has no agreements with numerous major streaming contents providers, such as ESPN, or NBC. You are then left with trying Airplay or the like to stream from a device. The TV did not support Airplay well at all by continually starting and stopping the TV stream to make it unviewable. In summary, it is as if no one ever lived in this house and 'debugged' this new and otherwise nice house.

Beautiful home with great amenities. There were spices like salt and pepper, plenty of dishes and cookware, and other basics like tinfoil and Tupperware. It would be nice to have an air fryer. Super clean, the staff was great, and it was easy to communicate. The only issue with the setup, is there isn’t a tv in the master suite. The bikes and pool, were great, and the golf cart was outstanding. The house is located in a quiet secluded community and a quick trip in the golf cart away from convenient parking for the beach. Check in and check out were super easy. It would be nice to have them an hour or so extra on either end. Overall we were extremely pleased. October in Destin is beautiful, with perfect weather and less crowded.

The house was very luxrious, having a pool, full kitchen, and being in a great neighborhood. Each room has a tv, and the room on the 3rd floor is like a mini appartment. Pleanty of room for all my extended family and just a walk from the beach
