About this apartment rental
Newly remodeled! Work remote & escape the daily grind at this beautiful home in the heart of the Village of Oak Creek.
This quiet corner condo is the premier unit in the complex for its beautiful views of Courthouse Butte. Walk to hiking trails, shopping, dining (restaurants, coffee shops, pubs), art galleries, yoga & golfing.
Enjoy the heated pool (Mar-Oct) & workout area, and relax at night with a sleeper sofa in the living room, 3 TVs, and blackout curtains. It’s your perfect home base!
This condo is located in the heart of the Village of Oak Creek (VOC), just a few minutes away from Uptown Sedona, the VOC is quieter and more peaceful than Uptown Sedona or West Sedona. The VOC is where most locals live, and the last few years have brought a boom of Sedona's newest restaurants, shops, and art fairs to the VOC.
A stay in the VOC will prove more restful than a stay in Uptown. Plus, you'll be nearer to the most popular trailheads of Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte, Cathedral Rock, and more, and you'll avoid the heavy traffic and tougher parking of Uptown.
Two parking spots are included with your stay. Guests are welcome to charge an electric vehicle for FREE with the 220-volt EV charging station conveniently located in the parking lot.

We were enjoying a summer vacation as a family of three generations. A special trip with swimming and hiking and relaxing. The place is in a great location, well stocked, clean and comfortable.
We would stay here again!

The Village of Oak Creek was a great location to explore from. We enjoyed looking out at “our rock” as the sun rose, set and during a thunderstorm. The restaurants nearby were very good. The condo was perfect for a couple and was well equipped.

Awesome location with nice Sedona views. Very neat and clean condo with a friendly, responsive host.

The property was very easy to find. Dave gave wonderful instructions. The home was very comfortable and very well situated for getting to trailheads, etc. The Red Rock Parking pass was a nice touch along with the use of laundry facilities.

We’ve stayed in Oak Village before so was familiar with the surroundings. Just a short drive into Sedona without having to be in the middle of it. Property was clean and beds/pillows were comfortable. Shower was good, plenty of linens and towels. Cooked breakfast each morning with ease. Colts BBQ was delish, Clark’s grocery was right around the corner and Pisa Lisa has delish pizza! Plenty of hiking trails with a 15 min drive make this property the perfect central location. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property or stay again. Thank you!

We are so glad to have found this wonderful spot to call home for our visit to Sedona! It is located close to everything, but without being right in the heat of the busier part of town. It’s also close to several hikes among the iconic red rocks (including views of them through the living room window!) The home is well stocked with supplies and is maintained well, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The owners were wonderful to work with and the entire process was smooth and simple. Thank you again for sharing your home with our family!

We enjoyed our stay. Very cozy. Easy location to get to. Pool does not seem to be heated but refreshing during our unseasonably hot time of year. The Red Rocks Pass was expired but easy enough to buy our own.

We loved our stay. It was so accommodating and near anything we wanted to travel to. I will definitely let my friends and family know about this GEM! Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful stay here! Check in was super easy, everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The view from the front window is great! The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was stocked nicely. It was a perfect size for our family of 4. We definitely recommend staying here. The location was great...close to Bell Rock and other fabulous hiking trails, grocery store around the corner, restaurants within walking distance. Staying in VOC was much less busy that uptown Sedona. Highly recommended. Thank you!

This is a lovely 2 bedroom, one bath, well stocked condo. You can see bell rock and some other mountain tops from the deck. We had a coyote in the parking lot briefly two different days and could hear a pack nearby. The beds were comfy as was the couch. My only complaint is they were working on the plumbing for the whole complex and we had our water shut off without warning twice for several hours but were notified the other two times. It shouldn't happen again and I would highly recommend this unit.

We had wonderful, comfortable accommodations at Sedona Sunrise #211. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the amazing views from the condo. Dave and Julie were lovely hosts and made our stay very enjoyable. A very convenient location to hiking, biking, restaurants, shopping, supermarkets and red rock viewing! We will return!🏜
