Everything was great only snag was the front door did not privide any privacy.

In town for a family wedding for 3 days; we wanted a place fairly close to wedding as well as Edmonton’s beautiful river valley
Overall I would say that this place is accurately described and maybe even a little better! Great location and amenities. This duplex is very well appointed and designed. We had 5 adults, and it was very comfortable for 6 adults for sure.
Their communications were clear and timely. Everything worked, and the unit was exceptionally clean!
How to improve? I don’t know, really. It’s on a fairly busy route but I knew that in advance, and it wasn’t that bad. The windows are good at reducing noise, and 2 bedrooms face the quiet alleyway

The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and the expectations for leaving were clear.

My boyfriend and I and my ex husband and 2 daughters and 2 dogs were here to move my daughter into residence at university.
This home offered us space and ample privacy. It was very clean and comfortable. The garage allowed us to park 2 suvs. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of supplies available. There was laundry detergent, coffee, tea, sugar, S+P etc. We weren’t missing anything.
I would stay here again for sure and would recommend it to anyone.

Property exactly as advertised. Very clean and all supplies provided. Small back yard was great for the dog. Would definitely stay there again. No street parking in front of the property but there is a nice garage in the back.

Spent 2 nights at the house. Great location with easy access to river valley, downtown and Whyte Ave. Nice that we could bring our dog (yard was not completely fenced and it is on busy street - so you would want to make sure your dog isn’t a “bolter”)
The only issue we had was with the steep incline to the garage. We drove smaller cars and scrapped the exhaust)
Would book again if we needed to come to Edmonton.

Very comfortable, quiet and clean place to stay at. Central to everything. Bed was comfortable and the pups were very relaxed compared to staying at a hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was exactly as advertised. So grateful to find a place that would take my large dog. Tons of great walking trails and green areas very close by to take dog for walks. There is also a fenced yard (we never used the yard, just went for walks).

Perfect for a family we stayed for 10 days until our new home was ready.

This rental is exactly as advertised! The kitchen has a great variety of both cook and bakeware, cooking utensils, dinner and silverware, some containers for leftovers, parchment, cling film, & aluminum foil. There's cooking oil, assorted spices, salt & pepper, coffee and tea (and sugar) provided as stapled. There's paper towels, and soap for the dishwasher. There's also detergent for the washer and sheets for the dryer for those who want.
Apart from the neighbour doing drywall or assembling furniture, it was incredibly quiet. The beds are comfortable, instant hot water for the showers, and if you forget essentials, there's shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers in both upstairs bathrooms.
We were here for Swim AB Championships, and next time we come, I'll be asking other parents/families if they want to join as the commute was comparable to staying at a hotel, but with so much more comfort as you can cook your own meals and enjoy undisturbed naps in between prelims & finals.
My son spent the second night with us after a lousy first night at the hotel with his mom and one of the first things he said was "ohhh it's so nice, it doesn't even smell like a hotel".
The only thing to note, is if you're driving a pickup truck, you won't be able to park in the garage. We've got a 1500 Dodge Ram and with just an inch to spare at the bumper, the nose still sticks out beyond the garage door itself. For our stay, the parking lot next to the neighbouring building was empty Friday & Saturday so parking wasn't an issue.

Nice and clean property, comfy bed and furniture, well stocked with kitchen utensils and extra towels. A few issues with the front door lock- it froze in the cold. However, I was able to access the key pad for the back door, and then assist the renters in the basement with accessing the key in the lock box for their suite . Of note - please read the ad thoroughly - I knew that the basement area was not included in the rental, but I was not aware that there were other renters in the basement. They were quiet, and friendly, and I hope we were quiet for them too - we didn’t realize they were there the first night. Overall, nice suite and good location. We’re absolutely stay again. Gwen 😊
