We have family in West Annapolis and have been celebrating 4th of July there since a was a child. Since having a family of my own it was amazing to find this rental close by to have our own space. It was clean, well equipped, and in a great location. The only thing I wish it had was a window AC unit for the front bedroom because it got very hot sleeping in there. Other than that it was perfect for our needs and we look forward to staying there again.

Traveling for lacrosse from out of state and wanted a space with more room than a hotel with a kitchen and a washer/dryer. This property was perfect for myself and my son for the 2 weeks we were there. Location is wonderful, having downtown Annapolis steps away and an easy commute to all of the different locations for the games. There are great coffee shops and restaurants close by. Host very informative and clear with all instructions.

Beautiful house in peaceful West Annapolis, a short distance from the local shops and restaurants and the Naval College.
Well equipped, everything you need, a real home from home and a very friendly, helpful and accommodating host. Highly recommended place to stay!

Great weekend stay in Annapolis! House was great, clean, great location. It was very nice having paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, dishwasher and clothes detergent so didn’t have to worry about bringing those or buying them. Cyndi was kind enough to allow us to check in a couple hours early which we very much appreciated. We will definitely stay here again!

We were looking for a place near Crownsville and downtown Annapolis to stay overnight after the MD Renaissance Festival. Sadly the festival got rained out but this home was the perfect distance to downtown so we spent the day exploring Annapolis and then playing board games back at the house. It was a lovely home, well-equipped and maintained. Would highly recommend it to anyone coming into town and spending time at a Navy Game, exploring DTA, or visiting MDRF.

It was exactly as represented. Quite neighborhood and lovely home. Perfect for three high school girlfriends reconnecting.

We had difficulty entering the house at 2 am due a wrong code sent by VRBO and a balky lock box which broke my fingernail. No light on on porch so difficult to see. Clean house which is partially renovated. Furniture old and tired but comfortable bed. Little things matter: No kleenex, uncomfortable couch, tv stated nit connected and frozen. Finally realized I had to unplug, wait and then reconnect.- oberall decent stay but it would have been great of lottle things were addressed.

We had a wonderful stay. The owner was very easy to communicate with. The AC, water heater/pressure, washer/drier were all perfect. The location is very close to the Naval Academy and the football stadium. I would definitely stay here again. The house is cute, quiet and in good neighborhood.
Really every thing was perfect and as described. It was my wife and I and our four kids.
The only things that I would point out is there are two beds are in the entry way and are not a true bedroom. The owner pointed this out to us when we reserved the house. The second thing to be aware of is the bathrooms are not really private as neither of them lock. The shower bathrooms have two barn doors that go between the two bedrooms. They don’t lock so it could be uncomfortable depending on the composite of your group. Both of these things worked well for our family.
Again, we loved this house and the owner was great. We would stay here again and definitely recommend.

I found this property while perusing through many different hotels and other homes to rent for our stay in Annapolis. I chose this property mostly due to proximity to the Naval Academy. When we arrived there, I was immediately in love with the house! It is so cute with a little garden in the front where you could go in the morning and enjoy the birds and the flowers! The inside of the house is nicely renovated with added touches that renew the home, but doesn’t take away from the historic aspect of the house. The house had everything we needed and was super clean when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and my son and I always had a good night’s sleep. I highly recommend this home! Cyndi, the owner of this home is super helpful and communicates quickly! Again, I highly recommend!

Older home on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood. Backyard had a nice hangout space and mature, oak trees, and lots of birds chirping. Beds were comfortable and clean, bathrooms were nice and clean and there were a few ants in the main level. There’s some dishware and kitchenware, but it’s not fully equipped, although it was totally fine. The coffee set up and machine was a nice extra touch. Would stay here again. A fair price for the accommodation.

We spent commissioning week here for our graduating Midshipman. The house was exactly as described. It's on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood and definitely walkable for those in good health to both Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium and the Naval Academy. It was the perfect location for all the activities we had during the week. The space is well-designed and very comfortable.

Our family had the best time in this house, and around the neighborhood during our stay. Perfect location to explore Annapolis.

We stayed for the weekend to visit our USNA daughter and found this to be a perfect location with easy access to West Annapolis and a short drive to the yard. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The check in and out was smooth and easy. We will be back!

Cyndi was a great property owner. I had a last min cancelation from another property and was in a scrabble to find another property quick with no help from VRBO and a delayed refund. Cyndi was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly.
I worked remotely from the property and had great internet connection. I wasn't sure if the front entry room was going to work for the few nights my brother was there but he enjoyed the bench bed and coolness of the front entry- although I don't think I would consider this a 'room'. The wash machine was broken during our stay, but Cyndi was very informative and brought us linens to switch out during the 2 week stay. She offered to pay for a laundry service but I wasn't able to get a response from them- lucky my daughter in law let me use her facilities.
Overall it was a great stay. Thanks Cyndi!

This is a beautiful, well-appointed, cozy house on a quiet suburban street. Had a great time exploring Annapolis with old friends (5-minute Uber/Lyft to downtown restaurants, shops, marina, and great views of the harbor and the river).
Cyndi is a great host, very attentive and responsive, and kindly provided us tips and recommendations (we visited during a Navy game and powerboat show weekend).
Check-in and check-out couldn’t have been easier and we would be happy to stay here again. Thanks, Cyndi!
