The most amazing place I have stayed at in the Dolomites. Modern design rooms with amazing views. Extremely clean with excellent dining options. Walking distance to everything. Highly recommended to all types of travelers. Huge value for the money!

Very nice hotel, facility is new, personal are friendly, there is a parking basement with many parking lots. You also get bus ticket upon check in, that makes it super convenient to travel to Otisei. The breakfast is VERY good, many choices, omelet and scrambled egg are made on order. Only comment is the family room on 4th floor, the kids seem with a lot of energy, run around until very late. Could be nice the family room at low floor. All in all, very good stay, will definitely come back!

Classy modern hotel with impeccable service and amenities, including rooftop lounge, sauna, infinity pool, and fantastic breakfast and dining in the evenings. We loved our stay. We were able to rent e-mtb right from the hotel and ride the sellaronda. It was amazing!

A really good hotel and an awesome stay. Everything in really good condition, like new and a great wellness area located on the 3rd floor. Parking in parking garage under the hotel free of charge. Rooms are small but really nice.

Short stay (2 nights) in the stylish „Newcomer Panorama Sauna“ room with balcony and beautiful view. New, clean and spacious bathroom, very friendly and helpful staff. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good, the included breakfast was good. We did not use the Spa / pool area, as we had a sauna in our room (which was very nice after a long mountain bike tour). We will come back again :)

Nice and clean hotel close to a lot of hiking and bike trails. Rooms are nice and spacious and equipped with a tablet that provides information about the hotel and the neighbourhood. Parking is free. Breakfast is good.

Great hotel in the Val Gardena area. We booked initially 4 nights, but by the first evening we knew that won’t be enough and extended for a few more nights spending a week. Half board was absolutely worth (it can be added to the booking for a small difference) as both the breakfast and the dinner were amazing and the staff very welcoming and accomodating. We had a standard room which was facing north and had a balcony, but would totally upgrade to a superior room for the next visit to face the sunny side in the afternoon and avoid the kitchen noise in the evening (if you’re on the first floor)...not a big deal for us. The hotel is geared towards mountain biking but a lot of hikers and other tourists also present. The dinner was amazing, I would give it 5 stars without hesitation. Room was clean and warm, beds comfortable. One or two english channels on TV would be great, as the only ones are news channels. Overall amazing deal for the money and we will no doubt would return for a vacation with friends in the future. The town is small but great for using as a base for hiking and biking and the Dolomites are amazingly spectacular in the area.
