Mediocre hotel. Check-in was very good. Room was ok. Bathroom wasn't terribly clean but ok. No soap in shower or sink. Reported this to front desk and they gave 1 mini bar of soap. In 4 days, never refilled the shower soap. Had a kitchenette but no water at the sink. Water glasses were upside down as if they were clean, but were not. 4 days and no cleaning service.

This hotel is very pleasant. Clean and has a great pool to keep kids busy. The breakfast is very good. Full breakfast with several choices and juices. Fresh gourmet coffee in lobby always available. Staff was very friendly.

I loved everything about my stay at Home2 Suites. Staff was very informative and professional. My room was clean, fresh and filled with anything that i needed. A walmart was literally walking distance from the hotel property. I would only change there being only 1 staff member on shift at night. Because when or if there's and emergency or a room needs immediate help theres only so much that 1 staf member can do with out leaving the front desk. All other experiences was perfect.

The room is very dark. There is very poor lighting in the sitting area, near the desk and by the bed. The breakfast was lousy. Dried out two day old sausage biscuits. Upon checkin there was no one manning the desk and I had to wait a good 10 minutes

Safety is definitely a plus. The hotel is designed to protect the guest and the rooms were definitely clean and quiet. I checked in late due to my busy schedule and my room type was changed by staff. The night clerk was frustrated and expressed it openly which I felt lacked professionalism for a place that seemed to have high standards, otherwise my stay was decent.

Location advertised a heated pool, when i arrived and attempted to use said pool, pool room was freezing cold and pool was even colder, asked the staff about the pool being heated and was told the heating element was broken

Decent place, quiet, excellent location. Bed was fantastic, though showerhead in bathroom was leaky and sprayed outside the shower.

Breakfast is included but below average quality. Few gluten free options and mostly microwaved stuff for breakfast. Hardened breakfast sandwiches, weak coffee, fake creamer. They DO NOT CLEAN your room unless you sign up and the do not advise you to sign up for cleaning services upon check in. Will not stay here again. Location is good, staff is good.

The property looked fine from the outside but once we got into the room several things caught our attention. There was a dark crack in the tub, a hole in the wall left unpatched by the toilet and the tub drained slowly. Bits of paper on the carpet throughout the main room. The windows were dirty. The blinds gears were all exposed and lamps were missing bulbs. The pillow cases were very thin and very wrinkled. Normally we would have asked to be moved but the front desk was staffed by a trainee who was trying but obviously inexperienced. Her trainer was pleasant at check in but it was nearly midnight and we had business in the morning and decided to just sleep and bring these problems to your attention later. Also, we were told at check in that breakfast was from 6-10 but found out the next morning that it was 6-9. Because of the number of things we noticed were wrong it made us afraid to use anything else that appeared normal. We wondered if the coffeemaker was dirty etc. We stayed at a Hilton property in Washington DC just one week ago and it was very satisfactory and part of the reason we chose this hotel. We’re not at all confident that Hilton is the hotel chain we will search for in the future

WORST HOTEL EVER
This was the second worst room I’ve seen in my entire life and that’s compared to motel in Hannibal Missouri. This is a Hilton property, besides being filthy the pool was close (only reason we booked it there) the second room was as bad. These pics I have would give you chills. The next morning there was no breakfast either because someone was sick. Are you kidding me.
First piece of advice don’t book thru a third party. If I did not have my son with me I would have left this place without a refund and gone somewhere else. Hilton should be ashamed.
Don't stay here. I decline to make any more comments.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff friendly.
However, if you’re someone who likes to run the HVAC fan all night as white noise in order to not hear your neighbors, be aware the fan will only run while the unit is actually cooling or heating, then will cut off. Not sure why it is configured this way as most hotels allow the fan to be run continuously.
Also the breakfast choices were very limited, with hot choices consisting of only breakfast sandwiches and waffles. Also the breakfast area is small and will easily get crowded if there are a lot of guests eating at once.

Not Hilton standard. Room needs several repairs, cleaning needs addressed, noisy, bed was not comfortable, pillows very old, no comforter, no paper towels and all silverware were dirty. Door to get in was a herculean task, was so hard to open and only opened partially. Will not be staying here again.

I was in town to catch a college football game. I had arrived at noon to meet friends staying here as well. They would allow early check-in, but blocked a room on the 3rd floor, as the desk clerk knew it would be midnight before I was able to return. Got a phone call during the 1st quarter of the game from a male manager, they had given my room away. What was the point in making a reservation if they would give the room away. Set me up at a hotel over 5 miles away. When i notified the desk clerk this was unacceptable, after tail-gating throughout the day, and now having to get to the other hotel. She simply states, I can help you with that, if you want to keep the other room, you’ll have to go the 5 plus miles to the other hotel. If you don’t want the room there, I just call them and cancel it. Very dissatisfied with this. I will never book another room with Home2 Suites. When we get to the other hotel, our option is a room with 2 Queen beds or a King Suite.

The staff was rude. I booked an accessible room with 2 Queen beds. The room did not have an accessible bathroom (could barely get the wheelchair in the bathroom, no grab bars by the toilet. When I informed the front desk, I was told it was accessible, so I asked the individual to come with me and look (attitude was horrible). When she saw that the room was not accessible, she then changed her attitude. She put me in another room and said I would not be charged anything additional. Upon check out the next morning the new desk person was very rude and said I would need to pay the additional amount and said I could call the manager. I called several times that day and finally was able to speak with the manger and was told I would not be charged anything additional. the manager was kind and apologetic. Cannot recommend this hotel due to the front desk staff.

Everything you want in a hotel. Clean, quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby, hallways and rooms were all very clean. Convenient location if you need to go between Raleigh, Durham and surrounding areas. There are dining options a short drive away.
