Stayed in Blackpool a number of times but never here, going forward this is the only place to stay! An absolute pleasure, will 100% be back.

This hotel was perfect during a pageant weekend. Still very calm, clean and the customer service from all departments were immensely perfect

Probably the best hotel in Blackpool. 5 star. From service to room comfort, food to location. Everything is on point with BLVD. The attention to detail is unlike other hotels in Blackpool, or event the UK in general.

Our stay was all great apart from the first 5 minutes checking in . I was told I had to pay £20 for parking my car one hour 45 minutes before 12:00 the guy didn’t want to know . I then Rod him the two children were sick and if he could can we get in the room around 12:00 he went in the computer and said he would try . We came back 12:00 and the girl checked the computer and there was no information regarding getting the room around 12:00 she advised us it would be 25:00. So we sat in the lounge and she pushed for us knowing the problem and got our rooms ten minutes later thanks to her for that . I was asked for a £100 deposit and when I checked out I did not get a breakdown of what it was spent on the remainder of our stay and hotel were great couldn’t fault it

Really well located hotel on the south shore. Very nicely finished both inside and out and the added bonus of a car park on site ( payable) makes the stay even simpler.
I did find the cost of the breakfast a little on the high side given the selection but as part of the overall experience, it is on par with the majority of the bigger chains.

Excellent location and a massive uograde from the normal Blackpool hotels. We also ate in the restaurant which has lots of variety for children and adults, food was outstanding! Service was top notch and the family room was huge. We will most definitely be back.

Bad treatment from the employee and the manager on 8/1/2024 at 11:00 PM to 1:00 am, where the employee shouted at us and we were expelled from the lobby and the security was brought and they asked us to go up to our rooms without reason. Their excuse was that they wanted cleaning. I will not return to the hotel due to the bad treatment, and the manager did not take action. The next day when we informed him
Not very nice location
Highly amount!!

Had a clean good sized family room facing the sea. Good quality linen, towels and toiletries. All staff were very pleasant and helpful

Excellent location for the pleasure beach and own entrance handy. Family rooms are a great size, good for older kids to have their own space. The bathroom was disappointing, there was an awful smell like it had been cleaned with a dirty cloth. Shower screen leaked water all over the floor and grouting needs an update. Overall a decent 4 star hotel but some upgrades needed due to wear and tear.

Best hotel in Blackpool! Modern & staff were brilliant.

The Boulevard is a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable although beds a little too firm. Our stay would have been improved if instructions for the air con controls were available in the room, they would have saved time and stress working it out. Parking £18 a night which is expensive and taken from the £100 deposit payable at check in. Room wasnt cleaned on second day the housekeeping door hanger had been changed to do not disturb and not by us, but we were given clean towels and the room would have been cleaned if we had insisted. All in all a pleasant but rather expensive stay.

Property was of lovely standard.
Staff not informative when checking in with regards to timings of breakfast/dinner etc, parking arrangements and the like. Because of this we ended up paying parking when reserved parking was available when arrived with no fee attached.

Cannot fault this property. The staff went out of their way to assist us with my disabled father. Hotel is clean and tidy and well maintained

We were delighted when we checked in to this hotel, it’s immaculate and we were given a complimentary room upgrade and birthday cake in the room! It’s a beautiful hotel, great location and great views over the pleasure beach and sea. The only thing we found negative was that it seems to lack a warmth, no atmosphere, just a bit sterile. The staff are polite and professional but seem to be very low in morale and this shows; almost like they daren’t have a laugh or be themselves. Drink prices in the hotel bar were also extremely expensive, we aren’t tight but it was on another level, £7.00 for a small bottle of lager. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it’s definitely a beautiful place, but they need to bring some personality in to the place, after all, in time people won’t remember what it looked like, but they’ll always remember how you made them feel. We remember good times more than good places. Don’t be scared to bring a bit of ‘Blackpool’ to the hotel.

This must be the best hotel in Blackpool. On another planet compared to everything else around. You get what you pay for.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable and friendly

A nice hotel but probably a 4 star rather than a 5 star. We paid £275 for a standard family room so was surprised that at this cost parking and breakfast was additional!

Great staff, lovely hotel which has been looked after really well. The rooms are immaculate and clean. The beds are proper comfy as well! I will be back next year.

Nice place but personally I’d prefer a walk in shower and flexible shower head.

As this property is rated a 5-star hotel by yourselves ,I believe it’s certainly more 4 star than 5.
Accommodation is relatively cramped. At breakfast no skimmed milk was available, and the only prepared fresh fruit available was the melon. Tea or coffee arrived with no tea spoons for stirring .Coffee served was very’ watery’ and should have been piping hot - but wasn’t.
My bathroom was too bright - no method to dim it down somewhat. Ever the shaver light could not be switched off.
On entering the bath tub for a shower it creaked .I’m not the lightest at around 85kg I know, but it gave the feeling of being unsafe. There should be a flexible hose for showering available, not just a rain-shower.
Why are your toilet paper sheets so small ?

Nice, clean and modern hotel. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Food was nice but a little pricey. Great location being right on the beach and attached to the pleasure beach
2.5
Lovely hotel in a great location for pleasure beach. Parking available at £18 per night is a little pricey.

Stayed here multiple times for work and the rooms and restaurant have been excellent.
Stayed last week and had guests for dinner in the restaurant. There was one other table, and it still managed to take them 4.5 hours to get us through three courses. Even then the sides came out cold.
One of our party was violently ill just hours after visiting, being sick and having diarrhoea. They hadn’t eaten anything else that day.
Contacted the hotel, the reception team didn’t know what to do in this situation, neither did the Duty Manager. Requested a call back from the General Manager, Edward, which was ignored.
After chasing more than three times I spoke to a manager who couldn’t have been any more disinterested, who insisted it couldn’t have been their problem as ‘nobody else was unwell’.
If nobody else is in your restaurant, nobody else can be unwell.
Very poorly handled by this hotel, and really does nothing to build any confidence to visit again.
This is one of the more expensive locations in Blackpool to stay and dine, and you’d expect the service to reflect, not fall flat as it has done.
Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else where the hotel *wants* you to have a positive stay.

I recently had the pleasure of spending a weekend with my family at the exquisite Boulevard Hotel, and it was nothing short of a five-star experience. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and hospitality.
Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The check-in process was seamless. The cleanliness of the room and hotel was perfect.

Service was lovely but room was basic for a five star hotel, the chrome cast didn’t work unfortunately and the layout is confusing with no signage

Absolutely amazing. Beautiful rooms with friendly staff. I’ll be coming back year after year.

We found the location of the hotel to be perfect for us as its right by the beach. The hotel rooms were great the best family room we have had before. Staff were hlepful and attentive.
