The property was convenient to the sites and train station and it was clean. However it was over priced for what was provided. The room was small and the twin bed was barely more than a cot. The pool was only open for very limited hours, had to wear a bathing cap, could only enter via the bathing house and was very crowded with the condo residents. The listing is misleading that this is essentially a converted apt into 6 small hotel rooms. Also no way to contact the property other than phone and it is not on the sight and doesn't have an answering machine so checking was very challenging with very limited hours and we ended up waiting for hours and had trouble.locating the property and gaining entrance. The listing is misleading and communication is very challenging.

The staff is amazing, and the people in the property are really nice and very helpful. The contact person of the property Giuseppe, is a wonderful human being, punctual and very professional. I stayed at this place due to my participation at a conference, and the first day suffered from immense jet lag, which caused me to create unnecessary problems for myself. Despite this, Giuseppe was patient, understanding, and extremely helpful. He even came in the rain just to help me resolve particular problems, which were a result of my jet lag and not the property. Toni was also very helpful, and prompt. The staff overall was amazing, and the services were of the same quality. The people living at this property are also quite nice, and always try to help you. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Our stay was really good. Excellent location for exploring Sorrento, very clean and lovely staff. The building was authentic and had a lot of character. Security was good. The pool wasn’t open and looked like it hasn’t been for a while. I think you should change the image on the site and advertise guests.

The room looked cute when we were shown it by Tony but as we looked closer it was obvious the bathroom was not clean. The shower floor was stained and had a rusty stool inside. The grout through the the bathroom was stained and caulking discolored. We didn’t feel comfortable using the shower at all in its condition. The bathroom had double sinks which was very nice but they splashed water everywhere no matter how we adjusted them! The complimentary breakfast was not good. We did appreciate the two balcony’s, the AC worked well and the location was great, five minutes slightly downhill walk to the main part of sorrento. Just as a whole unfortunately it was quite the letdown.

Ryanair cancelled my flights so I was unable to get to Italy. First time I have used hotels.com and the last. They were not prepared to refund my full payment for a hotel that I was unable to get to and the hotel was only prepared to grant me a 6 month extention should I wish to go this year before December......

This accommodation is a room in an apartment block - not a suite. Nowhere to dry bathers or towels or tea/coffee facilities. It's a nice clean room with comfy beds and a brilliant pool. Location is good too for train and bus or sorrento port. Deal with Tony as the slightest problem you have Guiseppe will say you owe more money. He's abit defensive and unwilling to help. - ...no black out curtains.

This is a large residential complex where several apartments are let out for travellers. Tony met us on the day of arrival & was extremely helpful with maps, dining recommendations, & was able to answer all our queries. The apartments are kept immaculately clean, with very comfortable beds & are very secure within a gate & code locked entry.
We received breakfast vouchers at a lovely bakery over the road, but thought coffee & a croissant a bit light with big exploring days ahead.
Shower was great but thought tissues could've been provided in the bathroom. A coffee machine or at least a kettle & some cups/glasses would also have been a nice addition.
Pool area was large, clean & in a pleasant environment & supervised with a guard.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here & are happy to recommend the suites to tourists as they are reasonably priced, serviced daily & central to Sorrento.

Finding the place was difficult but nice one we found it.

It was very nice clean convenient and friendly check in. Important to note that this is not a hotel, it is an apartment in an apartment building that is separated into rooms. One area for improvement is there is not enough hanging space for towels/swim suits after coming from the pool. Walking distance to main attractions. Area is very nice.
