We stayed at this hotel because the European Parliament was sitting and the city centre was full. It was an easy 10 minute bus ride but was similar price to staying in town where we needed to be. Overall the hotel was new, clean & comfortable. Limited choice in restaurants in walking distance to hotel. No shops or services close by.

Breakfast was very poorly served. There was no eggs and no cheese when we got there an hour and half before it closes. No one came in to check on the buffet. No one was available to help.

Very good 2-night stay. The staff were very pleasant and most helpful. The room was very nice--spacious, quiet and clean. The hotel changed names after I booked, yet no notice from Hotels.com about this to me. Also, GPS had trouble locating the address, so it was tricky to find the hotel at first, but otherwise not really a problem. Good breakfast buffet. Just across the street from the bus station from where you can travel directly to the Strasbourg main train station. Would be happy to stay here again!

We liked absolutely everything! This is most definitely a 4-star hotel and was our favorite out of seven hotels we've visited in the last two weeks! The staff gave excellent directions for us to take the city bus straight to the Old Town and Strasbourg Cathedral. We liked the essential oils to use in the shower - fun! The breakfast buffet on the 5th floor was outstanding as well. Many thanks!!

Really good hotel. Food in the room was the only let-down (cold / delayed) - but they did not charge. Excellent breakfast and on the top floor made for a nice outlook. Rooms spacious and airy. Comfy bed. Overnight ski-stop.

On a visit with my daughter who is in school in Strasbourg, we were warmly welcomed, our room was perfect and as we requested. We enjoyed a nice dinner in our room, although a few additional vegetarian choices would have been even more amazing. The aroma therapy shower oils were fun. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices.

A wonderful hotel; very new, very clean and comfortable with excellent facilities and staff. Superb bed and shower. Spacious rooms. Highly recommended. We will return. One observation: Due to its proximity to a lake, mosquito screens on the windows will definitely be needed during the warmer months.

Ultra convenient for Strasbourg city centre, less than 5 minutes walk to bus G, 12 minutes to city centre. Good pillows and mattress, facilities in the room and connected TV, easy and ample parking but no restaurant or bar nearby.

It’s in an industrial area, very limited restaurant choices, the hotel only serves breakfast & the restaurants the front desk recommended was very snobby we walked in we were seated waited 15 minutes without any service & we just left

The first room smelt very strongly of cigarettes but they changed my room without fuss, so it was OK. nice to have a kettle and a coffee machine 👍 And the aroma shower was good, never had it before. You put a large Nespresso-coffee looking pod into the shower and you have a fragrant shower! Bus ride to the centre was frequent, no problem. There is no restaurant at the hotel in the evening, you have to walk a few minutes to rather expensive lake facing restaurant or a pizza eatery or a Thai/oriental fast food eatery.

Absolutely incredible hotel. Service and rooms were above anything we’ve seen in Europe during our stay. Breakfast and coffee were fabulous. We had dinner at Chez Stephane down the street and it was an incredible meal at an incredible price.

Very friendly staff in a modern hotel with quiet weekend aspect - perfect as a stopover at the end of our holiday. A very spacious and comfortable room to relax in after a long day exploring Strasbourg but only 10 minutes drive away from the centre. Bonus was the free movie channel on the tv. Excellent breakfast on the top floor with good views over th leaked and the city. Would stay again!
