Comfortable and spacious apartment room located close to shops and restaurants in Hamra. Friendly, helpful staff and rooms were serviced daily. The kitchenette was equipped with all the appliances but the only downside was that you have to provide your own tea/coffee.

Great hotel, professional staff and good location

The staff was very helpful but the property is under staffed. The rooms are well designed but there is no notion of functionality in rooms. Electricity shortage at night. The towels and bath robes were disgusting. Over-priced for what it offers.

Absolutely gorgeous place. Cosy, intimate and has all what you might need. Had a extremely lovely stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

I loved this place. Everything about it is amazing: the location, the property, rooms, amenities, yummy and generous breakfast, and most importantly the friendliness and welcoming hospitality of the staff. I want to send a shout-out and a big thanks to Selim, the reception and check-in staff who was very helpful, and accommodating, and answered all of my questions regarding the stay, and what kind of sight-seeing to do in the area.

I had stayed in Tyre three times before this trip and the hotels there were maybe average at best. For some reason, I was expecting this hotel to be possibly a 7/10 but instead got a 10/10.
An old traditional house turned into a hotel, and very nicely decorated with traditional ornaments. Located in the old town, close to the beach, souk and port and not far from restaurants. Large comfortable beds and a big bathroom. Clean, fresh towels and even bath robes and slippers were provided.
Staff were very helpful and polite and also had good knowledge of the area.
Rooms were cleaned daily, even without request. Breakfast was served in an outdoor courtyard and was fresh.
Only minor negative was the wifi was a bit slow but still works fine and was expected.
I would go back to Lebanon just to stay in this hotel. Definitely one of the nicest hotels I’ve stay in anywhere.

Absolutely loved it. Was pleasantly surprised by this small boutique hotel, it was spotless clean and the family running it were so helpful and friendly. We felt at home, was a lovely stay. Will definitely recommend this place to friends
