non c’erano gli asciugamani nella camera e abbiamo dovuto chiederli, non c era un cestino per la spazzatura in camera, odore di muffa dal bagno, porta del bagno non si chiudeva bene, colazione pessima con personale che non riforniva quanto terminato.

Peu rassurée à l'arrivée, la nuit s'est bien passée.

Le personnel a été accueillant et le changement de chambre demandé a été fait rapidement et avec sérieux. En effet, j'avais une chambre au RDC, avec l'impossibilité de fermer le verrou de l'intérieur. Porte certainement forcée et plaque changée (posée en travers).

L'odeur d'eau de javel était très désagréable, au coucher et au réveil. Il existe aujourd'hui des produits de nettoyage efficaces et désinfectants qui ont une odeur meilleure ou neutre. Eau de javel, agressif pour les narines. Ambiance un peu de "zone", mais compréhensible au vu de la proximité de Paris et en même temps assez éloignée.

Bon pour une nuit

Facile d'accès, parking fermé, le personnel.

Il n'y avait pas de taies d'oreiller, tache sur le matelas, beaucoup de bruit extérieur.

chambres pas prêtes à notre arrivée (pourtant prévue), pas de rideau de douche donc salle de bain vite inondée, propreté très relative (sous lit)

Attention aux punaises de lit ! MAUVAISE SURPRISE

Y'avait des punaises mon ami est allé prévenir la personne à l'accueil dans la nuit ! On nous a changé de chambre ! Merci ! Sauf que les piqûres étaient là ! Mauvaise nuit ! Les démangeaisons terribles ! Si cela se trouve ! La chambre est infectée non ! Rien d'autre à ajouter ! À vous de prendre les mesures nécessaires afin que cela ne se reproduise pas ! PLUS. Receptionist mad for missing a shot!

The capacity for 3 people in one room

We arrived friday at 00:00 so when going to the reception, i pushed the door to go inside the reception and i was welcomed by the receptionist with " couldn't you knock before coming in?! " because mr. Receptionist was too busy flirting with a girl during his job. Acting like i entered his bedroom and not the hotel's reception. The receptionist didn't speek English and couldn't bother to show any hospitality. The rooms could've been much cleaner.

Perfect place, if you just need a place to sleep!

The big hit were the beds. Very comfortable! Check-in staff was super friendly, although it was a bit rough for him to understand our names. (We were a large group and had several rooms). But they always had a smile on their face:-) It was a tiny room, but we knew to expect that. It definitely met our expectation considering the price we paid.

Most of the rooms smelled like smoke. Also, we had called the hotel several days before to ask a question. The website says that both French and English is spoken. But the day we called no one spoke English and we tried with broken French to communicate, but they did hang up on us the first time.

the staff were so bad. they came to our room without asking and even say the very bad words. and the owner knew it and she did nothing. the worst day in my life

The quietness of the area.

The gate was opened all night which is unsafe. There was no fan in the room as it was hot. I dont want to think the night inthe room when it is very without the fan. Please, provide fan for customer.

They could have changed the bed sheets and curtains so that is does not smell with cigarettes.

I would ask that the managing company seriously review this property and these problems.

Location.

The maids came in at 600 am and were laugh and calling to each other and we were right above their area so were woken by them. The only room we could have stank of old cigarette smoke. Our clothes smelled the next day when we left. The first room they gave us the maid had not finish cleaning so they gave as another, they didnt even know what state the rooms were in. This was 6 pm. The room was so small the space between the bed and wall at the foot of the bed was too small to walk without bumping the bed or wall at i am 5 foot 7 inches 140 lbs do not large.
