The staff were young and not real experienced at answering questions about the hotel or area. One person at the front desk told me to hold on while she wrote a note. Five minutes later she left the note to talk with a coworker forgetting that I was waiting for her to finish the note to ask my question. When I asked someone else about the breakfast available, he told me to go look at the menu at the restaurant. What I wanted to know is whether it offered a full breakfast.

Fantastic stay to visit UO & see a football game. Perfect location & great staff.

We had a really nice stay. The room was spacious and the bed very comfy. This hotel does definitely have the feel of something old recently remodeled to look newer - BUT also to look "new vintage" - the style is mismatched thrift store with a bunch of random decorations, pictures, and things around the room. If you're into that vibe, you'll like the hotel. It also had a lot of students and evidently the restaurant/open area on the ground floor is very noisy. The hallways were also kind of noisy late on a Saturday, as people came back after their night out.

Excellent downtown location. Very large, spacious clean rooms with interesting college – related decor. Within walking distance of several shops and many restaurants in the Downtown area. Close to the highway. Parking was an extra charge because the garage is underground. Would stay here again!

Graduate Eugene is our go-to hotel when staying in Eugene. Great staff, comfortable rooms, amazing bar.

The staff was friendly and amazing. Nostalgic decorations and themes. Unfortunately the room did have some issues. The bathroom vent fan was inoperable and completely filthy. The shower head was coming out of the wall. The pool floor had residue from old pieces of trash.

I didn’t realize this was THE hotel all athletic teams stay at when in Eugene. This causes for a packed hotel and an inability to change rooms if something is wrong with the current one assigned. The check in process was frustrating because the hotel had just switched to a Hilton. Nothing was running smoothly when I arrived. The AC in the room wasn’t cooling down the room. Set it to 60 and the gauge in the room read at 70. There was a huge clump of someone else’s hair in the tub. We let the front desk know and they did get housekeeping to handle it. Plus we were given two $20 food + beverage credits to use on site. Despite my complaints the restaurant on site is amazing, the hotel has bike rentals and the location of the hotel was perfect for getting around by foot. I won’t be staying here again but it was an ok hotel regardless.

This is an excellent location near the 5th Street Market, Saturday Market and restaurants as well as the Hult Center for Performing Arts. The Duck theme is fun and carried throughout the property. Rooms are pretty small but have lots of personality. Graduate hotels are always a kick to stay in! Doors to the hallway are old and don't seal off noise as well as a newer hotel.

Hotel staff are all very nice. It's great they have their own parking lot with self parking. Rooms are quiet however the building is showing its age and the room especially the washroom was quiet dirty.

Graduate hotels are always fun and nice as they promote the 'team' in that city.

Checked in earlier in the evening. Unfortunately my room was quite hot (on 11th floor). The person at the lobby said the room should cool off by the time I got back from dinner and going out.
Fast forward to much later that same evening…the room was still the same temperature; and did not cool off at all.
After a room change (second floor) and waiting for over 30 minutes, which I was told would be an appropriate amount of time to wait for the room to cool down, I decided to just try to sleep over the covers instead of try to move to another room and start the process again.
It feels slightly cooler than it started. But it’s literally 4:36am and I have a flight in the early afternoon. So this is not ideal at all. I wish I could have come into the hotel and the room felt like a normal cool hotel.
The people at the lobby were very nice; it’s just the rooms that are warm and stuffy.

There was a huge issue with check in, everyone had to wait on rooms, not sure what was going on but I have to take my meds at a certain time and was feeling woozy. My daughter also needs her meds at a certain time but mine was more dire. I went to the front desk and asked for help, the woman with the pulled back pony tail was able to help us. She was so awesome, got us a room so I could take my meds and feel better. I wish I had gotten her name! I hope she sees this cause I want to thank her personally. Whoever she is deserves a raise for dealing with whatever mess was going on with professionalism and grace. Thank you again!!!

Loved my stay. Super clean and comfortable, friendly and professional staff. Only thing is we asked for extra towels and coffee and didn’t get them same-day, and we could hear our neighbors, but otherwise an excellent stay.

Only complaint was a special request that we were told would happen and didn’t. I dropped off something special to be waiting in my daughter’s room when she arrived and it wasn’t delivered until she told me it wasn’t there and I called about.
It was delivered after my call, but really ruined the surprise.

I had higher hopes based on many positive reviews, but housekeeping every three days just doesn’t work when the level of service wasn’t great upon arrival into the room. It just all seems dated & grungy. And while the front line staff is effective, the bro vibe gets old fast. And what is up with the stained liner in the pool? Sorry Graduate, but just not feeling it.

Comfortable room in a hotel well situated for walking downtown and to the University of Oregon. Decor somewhat dated. Lobby and adjacent restaurants are noisey because there's no sound abatement. Bare floors are part of this.

I recently stayed at the Graduate Eugene hotel and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Here are the key points: Room Cleanliness: Upon arrival, I discovered black hair on both beds and even a half pill on one of them. This was quite unsettling. Front Desk Assistance: The front desk staff promptly moved us to a different room and provided dining vouchers. Kudos to their responsiveness. Vouchers: Although we didn’t use the dining vouchers, we returned them in the morning and asked if they could be applied to our room rate. We were assured this wouldn’t be an issue. Lack of Follow-Up: Despite the assurance, we never received an email from the staff regarding the adjustment to our room rate.
Booking through Expedia: Unfortunately, due to booking through Expedia, we were informed that no compensation could be provided.

Not what I expected for $255 a night. I felt like I mostly paid for the decorations. My bed sheets had stains, water pressure in shower was wack. If I hadn't paid so much for the room, I would have probably been stoked. It just doesn't seem like a good value for the money, not to mention the additional fees for parking and wifi. Location is good to explore if you're staying for a few nights, but for a one night stay, it's very lack luster.
