Not so good and I’m going to ask for a refund. NOISE up above us and NOW jumping and running and a LOT of loud thumping. We had a 15 hour drive and needed sleep. No soundproof room. And our room was ground level with TRAFFIC driving by and people walking past our window. We were unpacked and showered and we’re not about to ask for another room at a late hour. Terrible sleep for our family.

The “restaurant” was more of a cafeteria stand. The airport shuttle starts service at 6:30 a.m. so it doesn’t help those with first flights of the day. Front desk said bar is open until 10 p.m. but bartender closed as I sat down at 9:30, saying they close early if she feels like it. Our room had an AC unit that was SO loud and clunky, and the walls had patches throughout.

Bathtub would not drain, room was not thoroughly cleaned. Room service never brought fresh towels or wash cloths during our stay. Microwave had substance in it from previous guest. Bed linens on left side of room were not clean.

Horrible staff with the exception of the bartender. She was awesome. The rest of the staff was clueless! Desk person told me knowing when wipes would be available for the fitness area was not her responsibility.

Location is near Tanger outlet and Texas Roadhouse. Staff were smiling when we arrived and checked-in smoothly. Bed was comfy. Room and T&B were clean. A little bit far from downtown Savannah. But overall, it’s a nice place to stay.

We were on our way to Aiken SC to close on our new home. We arrived late on the 24th and up early the next morning needing to pick up a rental car. I found a number of charges on my account that were not mine. Showed the young lady at the front desk who said she would correct it. My reservation was made and paid for through Hotels.com...I have a charge on my card for $137.69. from my stay on 24 April. After closing I booked a second stay for 27April at the same property... spoke with the young man at check-in about the charge's from the first stay. He told me I need to talk with Celestine Rogers, whom I've tried to contact a number of times. This morning I called the property again and was told she would not be in till after 12 noon and I would need to call back...He would not take my name and number...So I called headquarters in Atlanta and registered a concern and complete. I still have $137.69 charged to my card and a $25 charge pending which is normal. While I have no complaints about the property itself.. it's new, clean and convenient ...I do question it's management and lack of front desk oversight and staffs abilities.

Honestly, the hotel isn't bad. Its so convenient to the outlet ang lots of restaurants. I have to agree with other reviewers the carpet is absolutely disgusting. The carpet wasn't even vaccumed in our room and there was hair inside the shower. Staff was ok but the front desk agent gave us the keys and was like "he's not even sure the room is clean. Overall could use a little training in Premier customer service.

Excellent hotel. I spend a lot of time selecting a hotel every time we travel. This one rang all the bells. Most importantly is a comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, clean! I recommend.

Location convenience but ended there. Bed made poorly with too small a top sheet, extremely loud noise from air and car traffic…could be improved with insulated windows and window coverings. Bed very uncomfortable…worst night’s sleep ever in a hotel.

The hotel was clean and the person that checked us in was great. Had wonderful attitude and even made a fresh pot of coffee for us as we were checking in. The bedding was really good with cozy pillows.

The staff was indifferent and barely acknowledged us. We chose this hotel partially because it advertised having a restaurant but it was closed the day we were there. After staying at a different hotel on this same trip, it was disappointing compared to the other hotel which charged a similar rate.
