Really lovely hotel with very friendly staff! Check in was so easy, and the desk staff were so helpful with recommendations for a late dinner etc.
breakfast was delicious!

Very cool and lovely location

Is was out in a room on top floor with a water tank in the ceiling or something like that. Was noisy all night so didn’t sleep. Breakfast and dinner were served in the lobby due to the restaurant being used by others. Why did they put me in this room when the hotel wasn’t full. Room and bathroom out dated. Tiles coming away and shower head didn’t function properly. Certainly didn’t look like it did on the site.

Property was under renovations during my stay.
My room was a nice large size. Toilet ran noisily.
Not a very walkable location.
Property is nice, small bar that serves food inside, nice sitting area outside. Breakfast was fine.

Great rooms, friendly personell

No-smoking room smelled like it had been smoked in for a decade, carpet had to have been over 20 years old, sink in bathroom didn’t strain, carpet in back of room was not clean/vacuumed. Room had terrible lighting, which I’d imagine was to hide how old/gross everything looked to be. Bed was clean and front desk staff friendly. We opted not to eat the free breakfast. Cost should have been under $80/night based on quality, not $180.

Very friendly helpful staff, room was very clean!

Staff were very good, breakfast was actually very good and reasonable, room was clean, there was no restaurant or bar to sit in for an evening and the outside of the building has been badly neglected weeds everywhere but still the stay was good

Was located by everything we wanted to do. Staff friendly and helpful

I have requested refund . We were unable to eat in restaurant or sit outside due to hotel being used as immigrant campus. We were more or less confined to room as nowhere to go. Plus our view was of a bicycle shed and we had numerous kids peering through our window. We booked out next morning a day early. Still awaiting response from Hotels.com

I was very surprised that the hotel had no bed/ bathroom with a walk in shower, I am young but have a fractured hip due to a fall and requested a walk in shower they don’t have this so I was required to climb up into a big bathtub to take a shower which I just couldn’t do so I couldn’t shower, thank goodness I was only booked for one night, made a hasty departure so I could get to my next hotel and check in so I could shower.. Also the grounds were very dirty with cigarette butts every where and no outside trash cans to put any litter etc in… The inside is quite shabby and needs a refurbishment… So glad I had only booked one night and I do not recommend this establishment…
I was very disappointed as I had read the reviews and booked accommodation because of the reviews..

Nice room, very clean but few issues in bathoom fixtures. No plug on sink and toilet roll holder loose on wall. Other than that a fabulous trip with exceptional staff.

The kind and attentive service is what makes this property worth a stay. The room was mostly basic but was clean and quiet. There were no wash cloths available (which may be an Irish hospitality thing?) and the breakfast service, though good (but not included), was not that wide ranging. The water pressure and shower/tub took a while to get used to, as did the toilet flushing, but again the service they gave was what made it welcoming. A special thanks to Tyler, who was kind, patient, and as accommodating as she could be to attend and address our questions. And thank you to the staff who decorated our room for my wife’s birthday. It was much appreciated!

Staff was incredibly helpful! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast buffet. Located in a suburban area with a great deal of traffic.

Standard business-type hotel, rooms are spacious and the bed was huge. Very good breakfast. Ample parking. Good access to Dublin using the nearby railway station.

No Air conditioning at the hotel, room was quite hot upon arrival, several transients hanging outside and unsure if they were guests or if the hotel has boarders of some sort

The hotel is well kept with friendly staff (who sorted out a room for me very quickly despite my arriving a couple of hours early - I would have been quite happy to push off until the proper booking in time). Excellent breakfasts, I didn't try the evening menu. Half an hour to walk down to Bray and the train to Dublin is very frequent and takes about three-quarters of an hour, so if you are wanting to visit Dublin but stay somewhere quieter this is an excellent choice. It's also convenient for the Wicklow mountains and other countryside areas.

The hotel needs a total face life
And it needs to get rid of its refugees
As it’s no good

Located close to the Irish Sea area but parking lot and carpeting in the room was below par dirty and worn. The hotel room (bathroom, bed, desk) themselves were clean.

We had a good stay. Unfortunately, the people in the nextdoor room were very noisy until midnight when we requested help from reception. This was happily provided and we then got to sleep.
We left early, so can't comment on breakfast, but would stay there again. Staff were friendly.
