It is a value for money option, spacious room with private bathroom, kitchenette and a/c. The staff is very helpful and respond immediately to any queries. It is located in a picturesque neighbourhood of Licata.
It met my expectations.

The city is incredibly dirty. Like a junkyard. Breakfast is ok but far from the expectations.

We had a great stay. The apartment was quite big with a kitchen aircondition and a balcony with a nice view. It was really clean. The host was great and very communicative. We were running a bit late and she waited for us to arrive to show us around the apartment and also give us suggestions for restaurants, beaches, etc. She was also really helpful with info regarding the covid testing spots. You have parking avaliable 5 min away from the place near the church. All in all we would reccomend this place to anbody planning to visit the beautiful little town of Licata.

Amazing place. The terrace is very characteristic. A sicilian experience.

We loved the location, the courtyard for breakfast and the spaciousness of our apartment. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a kitchenette and table and chairs. Parking was available on the street below. The breakfast was generous.
When driving, you are directed to the front door which is impossible. Lots of tight narrow turns before we worked it out. Once you know, no problem. Park on the street below and take the bags up. The stairs are steep so you may need assistance. We were fine.

We were met at the train station, something I had not expected and was very welcome. He also took us back, again unexpected and welcome, each time without asking for compensation. The man driving us was very friendly and helpful; no English, but he loved using Google Translate on his cell phone. The wife, who checked us in, did not use Google Translate and had limited English, but the check-in was smooth. The apartment was clean if a little dusty on the floor. There was a view of the sea out of one window, from a small balcony.there. The beds were excellent, and with two distinct bedrooms, not just the fold-out sofa that I had anticipated, but with a double bed and a single in the second bedroom.
We and another person who came wanted to know how to get to the beach by foot, not an easy matter to explain for someone with limited English. A detailed written answer, detailing the stairs to be descended from the road near the property and then the road without sidewalk to be followed to the beach, would be helpful. The breakfast was so-so. There was no light in the second bedroom, just some lamps that didn't work. There were many steps to climb to get to the apartment, and more yet to get to the street. They helped us with our bags coming in but not checking out, the part from the apartment door to the courtyard, and one of our suitcases was pretty heavy. No microwave. We didn't use the stove.
