the property was clean easy access to train station beach harbour .. has couldn’t do enough for us breakfast was lovely plenty to eat

Nice weekend away

Was warmly welcomed, could come and go as I pleased. I chose not to have breakfast, and there was no problem with that.

There were just a few little things that I noticed... the room was quite dusty in places, the toilet roll holder was coming loose from the wall, and the light over the sink by the bed didn't work. I don't mean to be rude, and I'm aware I'm sounding a bit picky, but just a bit of TLC, and I would have given a higher rating.

We had a nice stay and good breakfast would stay again 👍

For the price we paid for 2 and a dog for 1 night was very reasonable the, staff were friendly and the room was comfy and adequate for a couple of nights stay could be a bit small for any longer, full English breakfast in a fresh clean dining area.

Parking wasn’t ideal struggled to find a spot to park at night

cheerful owners but very tired room good breakfast

good location cheapest we found in the area and suited us for what we wanted on a 1 night stay away and had a good breakfast included in the price …. the 2 guys that ran it were very friendly and helpful and had a very early check in which was fantastic for us

unfortunately it was very tired, 70s/80s decor the side draw had lots of bits of tobacco inside and the cleanliness of Towels was much to be desired but overall it suited us for what we wanted, the room we had was small although really you pay for the location not the room, money needs to be spent on improvements and I’d be happy paying £75 just for the room, then extra for the good breakfast, but in my opinion it was only worth £50 with the breakfast included, we paid £75 overall £25 to much, but again with improvements and with the location could be a gold mine done right

Fabulous stay in a welcoming Guest House, we enjoyed every moment, many thanks!

We were all, even our dog, made to feel welcome and at home the moment we arrived by Gez the owner. We were in a road not far from town and the beaches, so a very convenient location, with free parking. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, the twin beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good each morning, plenty to eat and even a sausage for our dog! John who was serving us was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed our stay immensely, many thanks to Gez and John.

The shower was a little difficult to use and strike the right temperature, but we think it was us not being used to it maybe, rather than a problem with the shower...this is not a complaint, just a query.

Amazing staff very welcoming got cases took up stairs breakfast was beautiful every day couldn't do enough for us both very friendly Jed and John made us feel like was at home so relaxed and comfortable amazing place to stay we booked again thankyou for everything xxx

Great place near the beach.... doggy friendly with jez and John lovely hosts

Jez and John were so friendly considering jez recently losing his wife,I can't imagine how upset he was and still running a business. John could do no more in terms of serving breakfast with a smile and jez cooking was just what we needed each morning! It's a doggy hotel so u have to accept a bit of wet dog smells but we are used to it and len loved it.

You get what u pay for .. its a 3 star hotel that accepts dogs, it was a great stay... maybe just a bit more cleaning in the bathroom

the owners are exceptional, friendly and helpful. amazing breakfast. 10 mins from the harbour. 5 mins from Tesco. decent sized rooms. comfy beds. been five times and booked for summer.
