Unfortunately , i booked for 1 week with my daughter of 7 years and didn't even stay at this hotel.Entrance=( remove shoes(requested)) dust,hair...really dirty. Oo my!!!! the smell as you climb the stairs to the room, just HORRIBLE. In the room it was even worse, dirty carpet, the smell worse than the entrance.Bathroom, one can't even see through the washer bath glass. ( oily and lots of limestone stains). Quickly cleaned or done by a non professional person. Please don't take your kids in a such hotel, they could fall sick easily. Ps. i didn't ask for the money back. it was to late. We slept in another better hotel.

We enjoyed the breakfast, it was freshly baked and tasty. We slept well, everything was clean, and we had a good shower. The city is very quiet.
No staff members were present during our arrival, access went by PIN code on the door. Luckily the phone was answered promptly, and instructions were clear. There venue was quite far away from the main route through the country.

Lovely comfortable room! Great hosts and lovely breakfast

The room was nice and comfy, the location was good, and the owners polite on the email.
There was a check-in end time notified and I had to hurry to reach that - but upon reaching the establishment, I found out that the check-in is self-service and that the details were sent via email during the day. Which was somewhat unexpected and troublesome for hiker who didn't have any internet access available. I.e. it would have been nice to get that kind of information about check-in already during the reservation confirmation.

Small hotel with only a few rooms. Plenty of parking next to the hotel, quiet eventhough hotel was on the main road. Enter via keycode sent prior to arrival. Breakfast was sufficient with good brewed coffee. Friendly staff . There's an electric jug in foyer to make own coffee / tea which is provided. You have to take off your shoes before going up to the rooms but slippers are provided or bring your own. Walking distance to the centre of town with several good restaurants and small grocery shop.

Quiet as we were the only guests :-)
Parking next to hotel.
Breakfast was simple but enough
Friendly boss
One thing I have problem is the bathroom shower cubicle not clean. Should give a good scrub/ clean.
Also spider webs outside on the balcony..
Overall it is still a good place for stopover.

Very good value for money.
Car noise : The only issue is that it’s on the national way and it’s extremely noisy cause of cars
4.5
Genuine and cosy Swiss chalet with everything one needs! Excellent breakfast and super friendly staff! The house seems to be completely wooden and creaking floors add to the authentic chalet experience.
