convenient, staff make it all ok but the bed was really bad.

It was comfortable and clean.

It was clean and comfortable.

Our room hadn’t been cleaned. Then the kettle in the next room was broken, didn’t find that out until the next morning, so we had to go find a cafe to get a cup of tea.

Bed was comfortable , Room clean enough .

We were put in an upstairs room which was extremely difficult for an elderly couple with leg problems. The lights shone through the curtains all night giving the appearance of morning . Air conditioner was noisy . No phone communication as answering machine only stated restaurant closed Sun/Mon , our 2 nights .

Perfectly fine for what I needed.

Customer service was exemplary; I liked having access to laundry; the location was very convenient to the places I needed to be; I liked the gated carpark.

The bathroom may get mouldy as the exhaust fan didn’t come on with the light switch. Maybe there was another way to get it to come on?

Good stay at Mandurah Motel and Apartments

Staff were very friendly, loved the bbq area as could share with friends also staying in apartments. Very quiet at night and beds very comfortable. Kids loved the pool and tennis facilities. Tennis racket and balls on property for all to share.

Rooms were a little dark but functional. Towels could have been changed more regularly. After 5 nights we had to chase staff to change towels.

Happy to stay again as overall the experience was positive.

Secure parking with gated entry. Bar facilities and Sunbreakers menu were wonderful. Quiet location and clean facilities.

Restaurant closed Sunday and Mondays. Unable to access breakfast on site as kitchen doesn't open until 11am.

Great location, helpful staff. Apartment needs some maintenance/TLC, bedrooms can get hot as no AC

Staff were friendly and helpful, great location, walking distance to the esplanade, shops, restaurants, dolphin quay, the beach. Secure parking on site. Restaurant and bar on site. Pool was so refreshing. BBQ's and tennis courts if you wanted to use them.

There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms so the bedrooms were very hot even with the fans on, so it was very hard to sleep. The aircon does not reach the bedrooms The apartment was old and needs some maintenance/TLC, some damage on cupboards, freezer has no shelves. Furniture like the bedside tables did not get moved to clean - moved it to access the power point and found a ball, and some other rubbish. The curtains were dirty but they did get removed to be cleaned, which was great but I would have felt more comfortable knowing that people were going into the room to do that when I was out. Would be great to have power points on both sides of the bed, because the curtains were changed out for blinds and I had to have the fan on, due to the position of the power point the fan faced the blind, it blew the blinds all night which was noisy and then the light came in super early so again that affected the sleep ):

Nice Pool, size of apartment was good and kitchen area, staff were friendly but not many on.

Apartment carpets needed a clean, smokers paradise, noisy at night. Dog barking. The restaurant was outdated and service was slow food was OK but a bit over priced.

the sliding door floor bolt to the outside was broken which made it hard to open and shut then lock the door.

we cannot say anything we booked previous day and got confirmation as well and next day automatically debit 180$ from my bank account unfortunately next day 3pm when we try to checking they told us your booking cancel we don’t have any rooms we are embarrassed

they send us email around 3pm rooms not available around 3pm that’s our checkin time I asked them lot of questions no good answer and after that they refund my money to my bank account I have to wait 48 hrs get the money I didn’t have enough money to find another hotels we never ever recommended like this place first time happened in my life my boys and wife so sad we returned to home midnight
