In this trip, we were two families and during our stay, I must say that the apartment had a very good geographic location and was very close to the beach. The view outside was very beautiful and pleasant. This apartment was very stylish and clean and very complete in terms of the necessities of life. We spent two very nice and comfortable weeks in this place. The only thing that we felt was lacking was the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms. If we closed the door to sleep, the room would be very hot and unbearable. I hope that more attention will be paid to this issue in the future.

This is a lovely apartment with an amazing view!
The apartment was very clean and well appointed, and the location was perfect for us. Even though its a bit of a distance from town, there are several restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, and you can't beat the proximity to the beach.
Jordi was very helpful and accommodating.

freundliche Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet, toller Meerblick, alles so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Alle Fotos entsprechen den Tatsachen. Die Übergabe/Rückgabe erfolgte problemlos. Die Whg. ist mit AC und Elektroheizungen zu beheizen. Der verglaste Balkon ist wunderbar im Frühjahr.

Pasamos una semana en julio y nos encantó el apartamento y la ubicación en una zona muy tranquila pero con todos los servicios. Las fotos reflejan perfectamente las estancias, todas limpias, cómodas y con unas vistas maravillosas al mar. Sólo a mejorar: poner colgadores en los baños para las toallas y los dos colchones de las camas individuales. Sitio muy bonito y recomendable.

Great location with amazing views
We spent 37 days in this confortable appartment in a quiet and nice area outside the beautiful little town of Cambrils. Beakfasts on the large terrace were very pleasant, we can't ask better views on the sea. Kitchen very well equipped and beds are really confortable. Jordi is available when necessary and very compliant/accommodating.
It is a pity that the large windows on the terrace become dirty by the rain and sand, specially on a long stay like ours. Also unpleasant odors were felt quite frequently in the main bathroom and the ground floor of the building by entering in it. Owner was advised accordingly and were told this would be fixed.
Will we return to this great appartment?: YES! We recommend it.

Excellent facilities and accommodation in great location
Questions to the owners were answered very promptly and helpfully both before and after booking.
Jordi met us exactly on time, very welcoming, let us in and gave us all the information we needed and was just as efficient and pleasant on departure. Spick and span property, beautifully clean, mercifully quiet (except on the first night when the tremendous gale rattled all the shutters and windows, but that's what you can expect when you are beside the sea and there's a howling gale!) The enclosed balcony was really nice for meals.
Only downsides were the lack of heat in the en-suite bathroom, but being hardy Brits this wasn't a disaster; and the lack of enough light for evening reading in the living room - but we've never stayed anywhere with adequate light, perhaps people don't read books when they are on holiday?
Thoroughly recommend this property at this time of year, can't say whether it would be as peaceful in the high season - probably would be fine as it is far enough away from the centre of the town for any noisy merrymakers to have fallen by the wayside before they reached here.

schöner entspannender Urlaub
Sehr schöne, sauber gehaltene Wohnung. Direkt am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar. Sauberer Strand. Ca. 200m weiter ein schöner, flacher Sandstrand für kleinere Kinder. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz im Schatten.
Internet ist "nur" übers Handy. Streamen ist schnell zu Ende. Aber dies kann man Ausserhalb vom Urlaub machen.

Séjour magnifique à Cambrils
Appartement moderne, vaste et parfaitement équipé autant dans le confort que pour y préparer ses repas comme à la" maison " . Sa situation au 4ème étage de la résidence est idéale pour la vue dominante sur la plage et sur la mer qui se trouvent au pied de l'immeuble . Cette vue y est complètement dégagée de 180° depuis Salou et sa pointe sur la gauche jusque vers l'embouchure de l'Ebre sur la droite . A citer aussi le calme de l'endroit avec une belle promenade piétonne au pied du logement bordée d'une moderne piste cyclable qui mènent toutes les deux le long de la plage jusqu'au centre de Cambrils et de son port à 3,5 km de là . Calme aussi dans la résidence accentué par le déclin de la saison touristique au moment de notre séjour . Enfin parking privé ombragé situé sur place derrière l'immeuble et sécurisé par fermeture électrique . Voilà pour le côté largement positif de cette location de qualité .
Quelques petites anomalies à citer : parfois mauvaises odeurs de l'assainissement remontant par les canalisations de douche ou de baignoire ; et aussi très mauvaise qualité des liaisons Internet

Excellent séjour à Cambrils
Très bel appartement tout confort avec vue imprenable sur la mer et les environs de Cambrils.
Tout était parfait : prise en charge, accueil, qualité et situation de logement.
La plage située aux pieds de l'appartement, les commerces à proximité, portaventura à 20 mn en voiture ....
Bref tout y est réuni pour passer de superbes vacances

Très beau et confortable appartement
Nous avons fortement apprécié les vacances que nous venons de passer dans cet magnifique appartement; il tient ce que les photos promettent. L'équipement est très bien et très confortable, tout y est pour passer un séjour inoubliable. Ayant des problèmes de dos, je peux affirmer que les lits, chaises et fauteuils ne donnent aucune raison à critique.
La plage au pied de la résidence est un rêve, pas de souci pour laisser partir seul les enfants à la plage, pas de problèmes pour les garer à l'oeil à partir de l'appartement.
La situation hors du centre de Cambrils nous a bien plu, le calme dans la résidence également.
Même les quelques jours de pluie que nous avons eu pendant notre séjour en nous ont pas dérangés, nous avons pu profiter tous les jours du balcon bien aménagé et profiter de l'air marin.
Les hypermarchés sont facilement accessibles en voiture, des petits supermarchés sont à proximité.
Le propriétaire a été très aimable, toujours à l'écoute et près à donner tous les renseignements. La prise en charge par son représentant local s'est également très bien passé. Nous avons fortement apprécié que le propriétaire nous a contacté pendant et après les vacances pour prendre des nouvelles.
Le séjour nous a tellement plu que nous allons certainement y retourner.

Appartement magnifique, très bien équipé et très spacieux. Sa situation un peu à l'écart du centre de Cambrils (3,5 km) donc au calme nous convenait parfaitement. Superbe promenade avec piste cyclable jusqu au port de Cambrils et bien plus loin encore. La plage au pied de l'appartement est un plus qu'on a vraiment apprécié.

Wir waren 12 Tage in diesem Appartement. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der wohnung ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll.Die Räumlichkeiten sind sauber und ordnetlich. Die Lage mit traumhaftem Meerblick ist unbeschreiblich. In der Nähe befindet sich für den kleinen Einkauf ein Supermarkt. Über die gepflegte Promenade erreicht man das Centrum mit sehr schönen Restaurants. Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und sind sicher, dass wir das Appartment noch einmal buchen werdne. Auch haben wir unseren Bekannten dieses Appartment empfohlen.
Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Jordi ist sehr gut und reibungslos. Man kann ihn immer bei einme Problem erreichen. Er war bei der Übergabe und Abgabe der Wohnung sehr pünktlich.

We had a great week at this apartment. It is spacious, clean and smart and very well equipped with private car parking. The location is stunning; at least as good as the pictures. You can walk along the front to town or there are several bars and restaurants within 5 minute walk.
