Gute und saubere Unterkunft in der Nähe vom Strand

Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gute Lage in der Nähe vom Strand, Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel, Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück

Wir hatten für 4 Personen gebucht und es waren nur zwei Betten bezogen. Als wir dies bemängelt haben, erhielten wir vier Bettlaken und mehr nicht und durften die Betten selber beziehen. Das geht sicherlich besser!

Great location, friendly, professional and clean

This hotel was a true gem. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly, all our questions answered and told “you are home.” The concierge/owner(?) even helped us find a driver to take us back to Marrakech at a reasonable price the next day! Our room was beautiful, with fantastic views of the ocean. We made the excellent decision to book a hammam treatment and massage at their spa. The prices were fair and the treatment fantastic. When we return to Essaouira this will definitely be where we stay!!!!!

In der Medina(Altstadt) in den verwinkelten, engen Gassen ist das Finden des Hotels nicht ganz einfach, von außen zunächst unscheinbar, einmal drinnen offenbart sich der marrokanische Stil, die Zimmer mit Ausblick auf den Atlantik sind mehr als luxuriös, die Betten grandios. Großes Bad mit WC und allem was man braucht. Frühstük perfekt Sonderwünsche werden erfüllt. Richard

Dreamy. I would book again.

I wish it was clearer how to get to the hotel. It’s navigating somewhat of a labyrinth by foot to get there. Otherwise it was wonderful.

Just the long walk and confusion to get to the actual hotel.

We had a one night stay at Riad Perle with our booking genius discount, upon checkout we almost got charged extra with the currency conversion so we recommend to check if you booked in a different currency.

One of our favourite places in the 2 weeks we spent in Morocco!

This hotel was arguably our favourite accommodation on our entire trip (even though it was not the most expensive or most luxurious one we stayed at). It captures the essence of Essaouria just SOOOO well! The style, the charm, the hospitality, the ocean and THE VIEW!!!! The room we had was just so incredibly charming! The building is literally on the walls of the city and nothing else between the beach and the window of the room. Crashing sound of the waves and the salty smells of the oceans are right next to you. The room itself was very spacious, bathroom was fantastic, and loved the extra furnishings. The sunsets from this place are just sooooo stunning too! The memories a cigarette on the rooftop terrace under a dark starry night with the waves crashing below will stay with me for a very long time. My wife will instead remember the lovely breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the ocean in the morning (see photos). Ismail did a phenomenal job attending to our needs! I can honestly say that I wouldn't stay anywhere else on my next trip to Essaouria!

it’s clean and the staff are very very friendly. they’re kind and accommodating. they really take great care of their guests.

I wish there was a fan inside the room, there was ventilation because of which we had to keep our windows open, and you can hear all the noise, the seagulls, the staff within the accommodation, it’s a quiet place with no white noise so sleeping in is usually not an option. if there was a fan inside the room, we could’ve closed our windows and eliminate the noise. But, it’s a great hotel and I’d stay there again :)

Beautiful Riad, wonderful staff, great location.

Delicious breakfast, gorgeous balcony but the wind was also incredible to make it hard to sit on the rooftop. Staff are lovely.

Our room had one window to a hall and one into an alley. Relatively dark. Our safe and hair dryer didn’t work.

Absolutely lovely staff ! , i was looked after very well by them, fabulous breakfast, fresh juice, fruit, youghurt, breads and eggs. A large room and wonderful views from the roof terrace. The reception area is very impressive. Riad well placed in the Medina although perhaps a bigger sign on the door to help find it.

My only big complaint was the shower in my room. It really wasn't up to the job. It wasn't powerful enough to wash my hair and on the last day water stopped completely mid shower. I had to wash the soap off my body in the hand basin. Small complaints , No bathrobe in the room, Also the two sunloungers on the roof looked tired and very uninviting, no cushions , no towels etc

A week in Moroccan paradise!

Great location in the medina and overlooking the sea. Friendly staff who serve the best Moroccan breakfasts and who will also do your washing for a small charge. Staff were also helpful for helping to book local activities such as a cookery course and the riad kitten kept us entertained at breakfast.

Wifi intermittent but it was refreshing not to be on a screen all of the time

Very nice riad in a good situation.

Breakfast was excellent and not just the usual bread. Various breads eggs, yoghurt & fruit. Location in the Medina was up a small narrow lane which is fairly typical but just a very short walk from the main medina lane. Staff were friendly and helpful. We has a massage in a purpose facility which was nice and also saved going elsewhere. New terrace gives excellent view of the bay and sea directly below. Rooms were spacious and freshly refurbished.

In February it gets really cold at night and they really aren't geared up for cold weather. Heating in the room, indeed the whole place was inadequate. Fortunately breakfast was in an enclosed lounge/dining area.

Very convenient location and friendly staff. Price slightly on the high side.

The location was really nice and convenient to walk around the Medina. The sea view from the room was amazing- exactly like the photos. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

Great view from the rooftop.

Unfortunately we had to move rooms twice. Firstly, because there was an electrical noise from a fuse box in the cupboard. This wasn't an issue until the manager informed me 'the owner is aware of this'. I was surprised that we were put in a room with a known, un-resolved issue. Our second move was slightly more troubling. One evening at approximately 8PM, we heard a cracking noise from the ground. We left the room and informed the night porter. With the night porter we inspected the room and found large cracks and bulging of the tiled floor. This was obviously very troubling. The manager offered us a suite, which we gladly accepted. When moving our belongings into the suite, the night porter informed us that 'this room is worth twice what you have paid' which was in very poor taste. Ufortunatley from this point on, we were largely ignored. For the following 4 days, no one apologised or asked us how we were. When the owner returned over the weekend, he walked past us at breakfast and made not attempt to check in. We almost felt he was giving us the cold shoulder. This incident, and the staff's reaction, left a really poor taste in our mouths and we will not be returning.

1. Personnel has time for friendly chats. 2. The view from the terrasse is impressive.

I am not certain whether they can do this, but at dark the streeet lights to access the Riad are very low.
