Not a great sleep

It was right in the centre and easy to plan

The room was very small and the breakfast was not great. There was also no terrace as advertised in the pictures (only realised now that the terrace is available for specifically booked rooms - could have been clearer in the advertising). Furthermore, we stayed here just so we had a place to sleep as we had a long journey the next day. However, around 6:30am the electricity shut out in our room causing the emergency light to turn on. This meant the air conditioning, WiFi, our charging cables stopped working and we could not sleep with this bright hospital light in the room. I went to check with the guy who was setting up the breakfast (which might as well have been in our room since the walls are so thin) but he could not help us and told us to wait until the receptionist was there at 8am. Once the receptionist arrived, they turned our electricity back on and the emergency light turned off. When I asked them what had happened, they just said they didn’t know. No apology or compensation was offered or acknowledged. Not a great experience when you just need a place to sleep and you pay a bit of money something that should be expected (such as electricity)

Great!

Very calm and also very central. Dynamic surroundings, history and culture nearby. Lots of cafes and restaurant. Felt very safe.

A bit noisy from clubs that were not even nearby on the saturday evening. Understandable and didnt have anything t do with the B&B. Otherwise very calm and quiet.

Highly recomended place to stay in the historic centre of Naples

Great central location just off "spaccanapoli". Quiet room with adjoining terrace. Room is well equipped and spacious.

The 'safety' light which goes on every time you near the ensuite bathroom (possibly because of the step?)

Szoba, fürdőszoba teljesen új. Konyha jól felszerelt, igényeinknek megfelelő.

Szeretünk kártyázni, ehhez megfelelő székek és asztal hiányzott. De nem baj.

Bad

The address advertised is not the place you will stay. I had to stay in the building that they took the booking for as we had family to care for also in the same building, but instead on arrival, they informed me that it was in a different building 5 minutes away. When I told them that I was unhappy with this the young lady became very angry and aggressive. The booking is not at the location advertised. Very unhappy.

Thank you very much for our perfect quick stop in Naples

We arrived late and have been made feel welcome. The staff the next day have been outstanding. Friendly and very helpful. Even topped us up with a cold drink. Thank you very much. Certainly the place to stay if you like to stay in the old town

A great taste of Naples old town.

The B&B was situated in the old town so we got a taste of the real Naples. The B&B is situated on the 2nd and 4th floor of the building so was good to have access to a lift, especially with luggage.

Our room was a little tired, although clean. Our rooms were on the 4th floor and quite an adventure with 5 keys to use to gain access to the front door, the inner door, the lift, the door on the 4th floor and finally the bedroom door. Nobody could walk in off the streets. Some lightbulbs did not work, also a couple of plugs did not appear to work but our families rooms were OK, no missing bulbs and all sockets working. Just the luck of the draw maybe. We did report this to the staff and I am sure this is now sorted.

Great location.

The location is convenient to do everything of visiting the city. The subway station and some attractions like the National Archeological Museum, Cappella Sansevrro are in walking distance. There’s a busy long lane beside the hotel but the room is quite.

Great location, plenty of room.

Booked the apartment option because we needed 3 beds, when we arrived there was a sign on one of the beds saying do not use. Kitchen cupboards were chained up, the aircon is a small noisy unit that doesn't adequately cool the apartment. The upstairs bedroom has very little airflow and is very hot. No breakfast offered despite being a "B&B", no access to the terrace for the upstairs rooms

Disappointing

It is in the heart of the old town of Naples so the location is good.

Breakfast was not included but based on their claims and pictures in the booking, there is a restaurant for having breakfast for 10 euros. Unfortunately, they gave us a room in another building and I was unaware of that. There was a shared old coffee machine and boiler that I wouldn't say I liked to use. Also, the room didn't look clean because everything was old.

A welcome relaxation.

Everyone at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. The terrace that came with my room was so beautiful and a lovely place to be even when it was raining.

I had trouble finding a power point that would fit my international adapter. I eventually found one behind the fridge.

Very good

Rooms were nice and clean with all needed services. Both rooms located in the heart of Naples old town. Breakfast was not included, but there was nice small cafeterias open nearby where we had proper breakfasts. Personnel at the Medea were nice and very open to help us with our questions.

We had two rooms and they were located in the different addresses (about 10 min walking distance). For us it was not a problem because we all were adults, but It would be nice to have this information beforehand.

we loved the terrace garden. it was great how welcome the staff were on our arrival. great communication with reception online and in person, we appreciate when they booked our taxi to the airport for us after I sent a message to them asking if they could, and it was no problem. secure property. great location. had a great stay. thank you.

the 2 flights of stairs on arrival as we were sharing a heavy suitcase. after checking in we had a key to use the elevator which was useful to take suitcase on after check out.
