Very kind host - helped to carry my bag to my room.
Clean and correct size of room at arrival.
Not taking into account the price paid - for me the room was good, clean, big enough and comfortable beds.
Shower and toilet room nice size and clean.
For the price paid:
- I expected it to be inclusive a breakfast, which wasn't the case. (my fault - I hadn't read the info to carefully).
- Watercooker and coffee pads are available .. but with the short electricity line, how can I connect it easily to a prise ?
- Wifi was not stable in the room - sometimes works - sometimes not.
- Cleaning of other rooms was done between 21 and 22 hrs - which was not really comfortable.
- Some extra info on activities to do at De Panne would have been appreciated but could also be found at the tourist office.

nice rooms, small and cozy, quiet, individual

Owner was very helpful, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, it was very close to the town centre and we liked the Christmas Fayre there, there were good shops and the tram going along 4o miles of beach, starting (or ending at) from De Panne was brilliant. If you want to visit Ostend and the other caostal towns and seaside, this is a perfect place
If you want more than just a bedroom / showerroom with coffee making facilities (i.e. breakfast) this may not be for you. For us it was perfect. There are planty of places to get breakfast. We did this as part of our tram trip and got it in Ostend.

Close to the market and shops, yet quiet near the dunes and an easy walk from the beach, just fine.
Nothing major, but finding the correct door to ring was not clear so we bothered the neighbours first.

it was close to the centre, free parking outside, cups and kettle, spacious, cleaned daily.
possibly a fridge
