Большая территория, мало людей, наличие бассейна, шикарный вид с окна.

Отсутствие своего пляжа, необходимо ездить за свой счет. Также неудовлетворительное качество еды в ресторане. На завтрак могли есть только тосты с маслом, остальное - на любителя малайской кухни.

It was a really unpleasant vacation

I can’t think about something Great about this “resort”

Lots of things: - bad position: you always have to take a boat or call a taxi to ho go to the beach Because there is nonone near the hotel - not very clean (stains on the sheetbed) and also with lizards and bugs in your room: window were broken so they have an easy access - when you eat in the hotel, 50% of the menu is not available - they organize some trips but sometimes boats are not available - you can ear all the noises from outside and from your neighbours (we woke up with their clock alarm)

if you are looking for a place with night activities, you should book the other place.

the staffs were very friendly and attentive. quick response to everything we requested for. we rented motorbike on the second day. so villages. there was a public beach near tharaas. thanks to the staffs who informed us on this. glad we visited the beach. they gave complimentary coupon to visit marine park.

the resort area was too deep in. there aren’t any access to the village unless you rent a motorbike. RM60/day. the breakfast provided on first day was terrible and it was left open. bugs were on the food.

friendly staff, 5 mins from Jetty Kampung.

due to the 3-4 yrs closure coz by covid, the resort just recently reopened, currently still under progress of restoring of their facilities, including phone line and water pipes. The new hired chef seems like need more experience and training.

I love my stay, will come again

Beach, I have to walk down ..nothing at the beach but it is clean..maybe should put chairs and gazebo can relax. The hotel provide bus from jetty to hotel and from main building to hotel rooms too. Breakfast is excellent..lots of choices and food are delicious. Staffs very friendly and helpful, I really like their efforts and hospitality despite Covid 19 fears..they are very calm and even call and pick us at night to declare our next movement in a police declaration form at hotel counter after partial movement restriction declared by the government.

Room great, comfy beds..just that my room a bit rundown, maybe the management should renovate the building. Maintenance is ok except that there is no water at Redang Island from 3pm-7pm and 10pm onwards at hotel room.
