In summary, I was satisfied and enjoyed it

It had an interesting landscape and a quiet and peaceful environment

They didn't give me the suite that I had booked, which was on the ground floor, and they gave me the first floor suite.

Comunication issue

The area was very quiet and nice

Lack of communication. The street was closed but no one informed us about how we could get to the location.

Good for its purpose of being next to the golf course and with exceptionally helpful staff, although did not quite meet

it’s proximity to the golf course. The staff were very helpful indeed. Friendly, supportive (I have minor disabilities) and always ready to solve any problems.

I felt it was a bit spartan - I think my expectations were for a more hotel-like place rather than apartment. but that was probably my own misunderstanding of the description. Possibly arising from that, I found the cost a bit excessive all told

great apartments. perfect location next to Marco Simone GC.

staff were very helpful. well equipped apartment. restaurant was delicious

unfortunately the pool and gym facilities were closed for refurbishment.

A lot of money to stay in a place who doesnt care about guest satisfaction.

Extermely expesnsive price for a very few breakfast items.

There was no water in the bathroom from 6.00 am till 10.30 am on a weekday. Though they were aware about this before hand (aparently the local authorities had to execute some repair and they switched off the water during this time) they still accepted the booking for this date. And it was a lot of struggle for a family of 4 (with Kids) to even use the restroom in the morning. We had to cross the road and use the restroom in the restaurant. And even worse the hotel even refused to give us any compensation for this inconvenience. They are only interested in Making money and not worried about guest satiffaction. The derscription of the rooms in Booking.com and the actual rooms doesnt match. The Booking.com says 2 beds and a sofa bed where as there is only one cot and a sofa bed.

Unforgetable. We are looking forward to see Ryder cup next year!

For golf players it’s a dream come true… you can watch course from balcony. Marco Simone is exceptional!

If you don’t have a car, it could be a problem, as you are far from public transport…

Could not have breakfast as it was not served before 8am and that wad too late for our tee time at the golf

Enjoyed the villa. Had 2 balconies and sat there every night drinking wine.

Location away from crowded city. Drove a few miles and parked at Metro stop. Metro was $1:50 and took us into city.

The kindness of the staff. The apartments have everything you need to feel at home.

At Carpediem, the staff make you feel at home. The apartments are well equipped and the view to the golf course is beautiful.

The staff were always happy to help. It felt very good to have a warm swimming pool and a gym to finish the day exercising. The apartment has a great view to the golf course and has what's needed for a comfortable stay.

They graciously provided us a very late check out so we could golf and our Mom could stay in the apartment until we were done
