About this apartment rental
A comfortable, well equipped, light apartment renovated in 2014. Situated on the first floor of the residence, 'apartplage' is ideal for a couple or family with 2 children. There is a large balcony from which to admire the magnificent mountain view. Table and chairs + 2 reclining armchairs to relax in. Newly installed, modern well-equipped kitchen including oven/microwave, dishwasher and granite worktops. Main bedroom leading onto the large balcony with double bed and high quality mattress. Different sleeping options available for children; mezzanine area on the first floor with 2 single beds and a TV. The hall on the same level as the main bedroom, can be closed off from the main living area, and the sofa bench here converts to a single bed suitable for a child or where a travel cot can be placed for a baby. We can provide baby equipment e.g.travel cot, bedding, high chair on request at no extra charge. Modern, high quality shower recently fitted. All bedding, towels, household linen provided at no extra charge. Plenty of parking spaces in front of the apartment. Free unlimited WIFI access.
The best feature of this apartment is its outstanding location so close to the lake, port and cycle track making it an ideal choice for couples and families who wish to enjoy the beauty of the environment either on the water, at the beach, walking along the lake shore or up in the surrounding mountains and all levels of cycling. A peaceful resting place for your vacation but with bustling Annecy easily accessible by boat (taxi boat) and bicycle. The apartment is regularly inspected independently which is an added reassurance for holiday makers.

The location was great near the lake. The neighbourhood was peaceful.The bed was a bit small for couple and the balcony was to north direction. Maybe it's good when it's hot in the summer, but we missed the sun on balcony!

jennifer était là pour nous accueillir et nous faire découvrir l'appartement, très agréable et fonctionnel, rien ne manque (même vélos et casques pour toute la famille). La vue de la terrasse est magnifique et la plage de St Jorioz à 1mn à pied. les activités aux alentours ne manquent pas, ainsi que les endroits sympas pour manger ou prendre un café au bord du lac. attentions, organisation, propreté, tout est parfait, thanks ! nous pensons déjà à notre prochain séjour !!

logement idéalement situé, propre et confortable, cuisine très bien équipée. le seul léger bémol à mon goût : manque de rangement pour les vêtements ...
mais la gentillesse de Jennifer, les vélos mis à disposition, la vue, le calme, proximité de la piste cyclable ... compensent sans aucun problème (nous avons utilisé de lit de l'entrée pour stocker nos vêtements !)
location que je recommande vivement ! parfait pour un couple avec 2 enfts.

Peaceful, clean with everything you need.
We stayed for two weeks. Jennifer was a great host, very helpful and friendly.
The apartment was walking distance from the St Jorioz beach and the cycle track was only a few minutes away. This made getting around very easy, particularly since we borrowed some shopper bikes from Jennifer. The car was parked up for most of our stay.
Annecy town is 10K away and, since the cycle track is fairly flat, our children were able to cycle effortlessly in and out of town.
The apartment had everything you need. All linens and towels were provided and the sheets were changed half way through our stay.
The children loved sleeping on the mezzanine level and enjoyed movies in bed. We were able to enjoy the balcony for our meals and drinks since the weather was dry and warm.
We very much look forward to visiting again!

HEERLIJK!!!!!!!!!
Na een lange reis werden we hartelijk verwelkomd door Jennifer.
We kwamen in een mooi helder en schoon appartement met een heerlijk balkon, waar het ondanks de warmte heel aangenaam was mede door de wind.
We hebben iedere morgen genoten van het fluitconcert van de vele vogels in deze zo groene omgeving.
Het appartement ligt op ong. 2O0 meter van het meer van Annecy met het haventje , het zwembad en de mooie wandelparken.
Apartplage is een klein parkje, maar zeer aangenaam.
Goede restaurantjes op loopafstand.
Met de fiets naar Annecy is ongeveer 8 km. Heerlijk fietsen langs het water. Rondje om het meer met de fiets is ong. 30 km., maar bij Taillores wel erg pittig, steil en een hele lange afdaling.
Jennifer is heel hartelijk en behulpzaam. Zij geeft je echt het gevoel thuis te komen in haar appartement.
We hadden één week geboekt , maar hadden wel langer willen blijven.

location très pratique, idéalement située, très bien équipée, située au calme à 2 pas de la plage et de la voie verte. avons passé la semaine sans utiliser la voiture, à simplement profiter du panorama et de l'air pur et se balader à vélo (garage très pratique pour ranger les vélos en sécurité). Jennifer est très sympathique et très attentionnée vis à vis de ses locataires. aimerions bien pouvoir y retourner.

Bel appartement!
Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement par Jennifer, le logement est situé dans une résidence très calme à 100m de la plage et du Lac.
L’espace était propre, et comprenait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour, la cuisine est bien équipée, et nous avions à disposition tout ce qu'il faut pour un bébé de 1an.
Nous le recommandons sans hésitation!

Région sublime. Idéale pour des vacances en familles, de nombreuses activités a faire.
Apparemment de tout confort et idéalement situé. Accueil très chaleureux de Jennifer et Richard. Tout est pensé pour que nous ayons à nous occuper de rien sauf des vacances. Vue sublime. Tres beau séjour passé avec le soleil.

Great Apartment
We had an absolutely lovely stay at the apartment. The location is superb, with the beach only a few hundred meters away, and a great supermarket in town, lovely bakeries close by too.
The property itself is very well equipped with lots of kitchen stuff if you want to cook, bicycles etc. Jennifer was really helpful and happy to answer any questions we had and offer advice on local attractions.
We'd wholeheartedly recommend staying at the apartment!

endroit facile à trouver : au centre ville, au feu rouge, vous tournez à G et c'est tout au bout de la rue, à 10 pas de la plage et du lac, et vous croisez plusieurs restos en passant. Le logement est parfait, tout est prévu, très propre, linge fourni, pas de ménage à faire, vélos à disposition pour faire le tour du lac. Propriétaire très aimable et très disponible, à la disposition des clients. A recommander vivement

Super bel appartement, complet, parfait pour une petit famille (nous on était juste un couple) et très bien situé, prés du lac, d`une épicerie et restos et à 15 minutes en voiture d`Annecy. Coin très tranquille et pas bruyant du tout.
Jennifer a été une hôtesse d`une incroyable gentillesse et s`est assurée que tout nous convenait et qu`on manquait de rien. Définitivement que nous recommandons cet appartement.

We had a lovely week with our two children, the apartment was exactly as described. The apartment could easily sleep six people, but we just used the mezanine for my two children and the double bedroom for myself and my wife. The apartment is very well laid out, with modern kitchen, separate w.c., shower, Jennifer, and her husband, were extremely welcoming and helpful with local information and advice. We will definitely return in the summer and bring our boat as there is a sailing club just 3 min walk away as well as a family friendly beach, which has a lifeguard in the summer.
