Las instalaciones son muy bonitas. La atención del personal muy bien. La ubicación es literalmente un tesoro a 30 minutos de Quito.

Great place to stay

The property is beautifully designed and has a lot of amenities to make the stay enjoyable. The prices at the restaurant are reasonable. Free airport shuttle was very convenient.

Airport shuttle has to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance and there is no flexibility to change the time last minute once it was reserved. Internet was spotty inside the apartment.

During our stay there was a Coca Cola event going on and all of the attention seemed to be placed on that, which is understandable to a degree, but I felt like the service to the regular guests for ordering drinks/food etc was lackluster

Great place when you have a long layover and want to relax.

What a great property to just relax from a full day of traveling. We arrived at night and didn't have our final flight home until the next afternoon. This was a wonderful place to just relax in the garden after a delicious breakfast.

Lovely gardens and a welcoming staff- all very close to UIO airport.

The hotel was lovely, with beautifully kept gardens and fountains, resembling a Spanish Hacienda. The rooms were comfortable. The staff was wonderful and attentive. The food at their restaurant was EXCELLENT. We would come back anytime!!!!

Fantastic venue in the Quito suburbs, near the airport!

This property FAR exceeded my expectations. They provided an easy and efficient airport pickup, the driver and all the hotel staff were wonderfully pleasant and professional, the on-site restaurant was superb, and the entire hotel was bigger and nicer than I anticipated. I would gladly return or recommend this property to others - so much better than staying at the airport hotel.

The location isn't conducive to walking sightseeing, but it's a pleasant neighborhood with pretty churches nearby. Not a substitute for downtown Quito, but totally worth it if you're looking to stay nearer to the airport or wanting a good base for driving excursions.

Very nice hotel worth a longer stay

The hotel is built in a little isolated compound and is very pretty. I wish we had longer to stay. We had dinner in the restaurant which was very good. We had to leave very early for the airport so missed the breakfast however the person at reception arranged for boxed meals for us.

Superb

The Entrance was a little difficult to find at night when I arrived. When I got there and checked in it was very quiet and very nice decor and grounds. In the morning I found the grounds were very to walk around. The breakfast buffet, staff and food selection were very good. The airport shuttle was available on time and the trip to the airport was only about 15 -20 minute drive. The property was very secure and quiet and I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in the grounds and building. The staff were very friendly and helpful even though my stay was short.

My stay was short so I didn't find anything that was an issue other than the area around the registration counter was a little congested with more than two or more people around, checking in and out.

Superb

Very cute hotel in a nice small town. The room is not fancy, but completely adequate. The staff was friendly and attentive to all my needs.

There is no fan or air conditioning in the room. I needed to keep my window open to get fresh air. The window opens to a very attractive covered courtyard that is tiled. The tile seems to amplify the sounds of people coming and going which can be a distraction when trying to sleep. The restaurant food is just OK and a bit pricy.

beautiful grounds, but not close enough to airport.

The grounds and pool area are beautiful. The pool table was a nice touch. The room and bed were comfortable. The staff were all super helpful and kind. Free airport shuttle was convenient.

The wifi wasn’t great. There were several conferences going on and it was fairly noisy outside our room. This hotel wasn’t as close to the airport as I had anticipated. The restaurant wasn’t great. ultimately for the price and location, I wish we had stayed at the Wyndham close to the airport instead.

it’s was beautiful!

the location I was scared as the Uber driver got closer to the location. I would not stay here unless you are use to Ecuador. It was a cultural shock for an US traveler.

Would recommend this place when no parties are scheduled.

Wonderful surroundings, great room and staff really worked hard to return the hotel grounds back to normal state.

We were there when 4 big events were scheduled . Wedding and corporate parties. Felt we didn’t belong and restaurant was closed so we did not have any supper. Two nights of noise out of three.

Nice staff, not really nice rooms and services

The staff

We booked a twin room and they put us in a room with three beds and this room was quite long and cold. The bathroom didn’t have any furniture under the sink and the pipes were visible which is not a big deal; however, I think that the room could be categorised as a 2 or 3 star hotel room. Also they should advise in the booking that people are only allowed to use the pool for 45 mins and the hot tube and sauna for 45 mins and you have to book it in advance. We booked our time in the hot tube and the water was cold so we had to talk to the staff and they said that someone forgot to turn on the hot tube. It took like 15 mins to restart the system. Well, they gave us 45 mins for that. Next day we booked again the hot tube and the level of water was quite low and using the hot tube was very annoying and as we were leaving the hotel after using the hot tube we didn’t bother asking for help to the staff. We think that the money paid was too high in relation to the room and services.
