It was simple, clean and had everything you need. It was close to the main area whilst being in a quieter spot.
Wished we had slightly thicker blankets just cause we’re used to blankets with a bit more weight and thicker/fluffier pillows.

I only review when things are really bad. While the accommodation itself is in a good location and comfortable enough (3/5 star worth because the Wi-Fi didn’t the work and the room stinks due to the bad air conditioning), the customer service (by the owners) was nothing short of disgusting. When I arrived – I was not told the room would not be ready. This meant that upon arrival (after waiting for 15minutes in 37celsius heat) my room was not clean. I did not feel comfortable leaving my bags in a room that had a key left at the front door(!) or with cleaners entering and exiting. So, I walked around with my bags til 3pm. Not a huge deal. However, I received a message from booking.com (instead of the apartment owners) to explain that check in was 3pm. I understood that. I just hadn’t been informed that it was just luggage drop off or that a key would be in the door the between 11-3pm while the cleaners had to arrive – I had assumed the room would be ready as it wasn’t said otherwise.
For my third night, I had to pay cash to extend. Also fine. Via whats app, I let the office staff lady know that the wifi wasn’t working – and that for the inconveniences, if it would be possible for a discount. She also said to drop cash either at the office OR they could come and collect. Her services were kind. However - thereafter, I received a rude text from the owner – saying that there would be no discount and that it was my fault I didn’t leave the bag in the room, and that I hadn’t mentioned the wifi (at this point, I’d also like to point out, that they actually never fixed it).
To avoid having no where to stay, I said I would leave the cash at the door (as per the office ladies response). I was not going to be home so this was a good option and by that point I didn’t want to see any staff member – in case it had been whoever was texting me in such a rude way. The owner then said, “yes we will collect, as your slaves.” I was not only shocked, but I was disgusted by this comment. I do not think he realized his own staff member had said that they could pick it up. If this wasn’t an option, I would have gone to the office! Regardless of that, he then continued to berate me for telling me he thought I thought his staff were slaves. I quote “you think us slaves”. I then said that being a Greek – I was disappointed by this kind of treatment – not just because it upset me because I had been told I could leave it at the door, and that I treat all as equal, but because I am embarrassed that non-Greeks would have to deal with this kind of treatment, comments AND assumptions too. Do not stay.

This studio had everything we needed for our 3 nights stay. We had a WhatsApp contact in case we needed anything, we received detailed information about the island when we arrived and some recommendations about restaurants and tours. There were more than enough toiletries and towels for 3 days. The kitchen was also well equipped. Great location, a 5 min walk from the center. Very quiet and private studio, we really enjoyed our stay. It's also important to say that we felt very at ease and safe, like nothing bad happened at Milos, which is rare nowadays. A great choice.
Maybe it needs a kitchen knife.

clean room
And very functional, has everything you need.
The location is perfect in the town of Adamas, but not quite in the center.
Fast response to most of our requests.
The water flow in the shower was very, very weak and it was not possible to adjust the water temperature so that it was either boiling or very cold, even when we asked to settle the matter, it was not taken care of.
The bed is not comfortable at all.
The TV is very small, the size of a computer screen and very far from the bed so that it was not possible to read a translation from a distance.
It is very inconvenient that there is no staff available to contact, to consult, to get information about the island as usual... even though we used to contact via e-mail and they always answered us.
Keep in mind, the owners of the place, that right above our room there was a particularly tall palm tree (you can see it from everywhere in the area) and while there were strong winds, it seemed like it was only a matter of time before the tree would collapse on the balcony of the room, which could be very dangerous!

The premises are great.
The room was fully equipped (from hairdryer, to sponges, iron, and toothpaste).
It was very clean and comfortable.
The staff was very friendly, and available to provide info about the island.
On the last day of our stay, we couldn’t leave our luggages there because the reception is closed. It was very restricting considering that 1 day was lost. We could enjoy the island, visit more places but we were to find a solution instead.
