Il faut regler le problème de l’eau : infréquentable pour des sejours business en attendant c’est trop risqué de jouer a

L’emplacement, la dame de la réception quand je l’ai vu etait egalement gentille.

Pas d’eau dans la douche le premier soir, un micro jet le lendemain. J’ai quitté l’établissement au bout d’une seule nuit. Impossible d’aller travailler sans pouvoir prendre une douche et me laver les cheveux. La reception était injoignable, j’ai tenté d’appeler a de nombreuses reprises puis j’ai du prendre un nouvel hotel. (Et ce n’est pas la sécheresse en ce moment!)

Très bien placé pour visiter, personnel chaleureux quand ils sont présents mais pas toujours là malheureusement!

Le personnel est très souriant et prévenant

Pour deux nuits à chaque fois nous avons retrouvé un carafe dans la douche et les tables de chevet avait des taches dessus

Hébergement agréable et bien situé

Chambre spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée dans un apparthôtel très bien situé sur la baie de Fort-de-France. Bonne literie et propreté impeccable. Parties communes agréables. Accueil sympathique. J'y ai séjourné dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel et prévois d'y revenir lors de mes prochains passages à Fort-de-France.

Gute Lage gleich am Park und am Rande der Altstadt. Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Gut geeignet für die erste Nacht und um mit der Fähre weiter zu reisen.

Rien à dire de particulier sur le confort et la situation géographique. C'est propre et confortable.

La connexion Wifi est quasi inexistante (lorsque par hasard on arrive à se connecter, la lenteur est désespérante). De plus la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Comme la réception n'est pas ouverte en permanence, si on part très tôt et que l'on rentre tard, impossible de le signaler.

The location is perfect if you are planning to take the ferry. The place is very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The check in was easy, and the person at the reception provided very good information.

Location is perfect in the city. Everything is within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom is lovely. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

We got there early around 10 and had to wait in the lobby until 3pm to access the room. We knew what time check in was though.

Nice stay in Fort de France

clean apartment, close to city center, near to nice park, receptionist who helped us with various requests.

I think that air condition seemed to be not cleaned and it requires some service hence we rather did not turn it on.

Comfortable, convenient, and well-equipped

The Residence Fort Savane was just right for us. Our room was large and the large windows looked out over the park. The room was nicely furnished and decorated, the bed was good, and there was sufficient storage space. The kitchenette was well equipped and everything worked satisfactorily. The WiFi was good, and the air-conditioning was satisfactory. There is an elevator/lift which worked reliably. Daily servicing of our room was very good The Residence is about 10 to 12 minutes on foot from the main inter-island ferry terminal, which suited us well. It is only 5 minutes from the very local ferries to places on the bay (beaches and towns). There are many restaurants in the downtown area, but they vary greatly in comfort, price and quality of food. To our surprise, parking was not really difficult.

Across the street from the Residence in the edge of the park are 2 or 3 outdoor café-restaurants: on weekend nights one or more play music loudly. We coped without great difficulty but light sleepers be warned. The reception is not opened regularly. Guests should be sure to contact the hotel well in advance to make arrangements for checking in. Incidentally the door to the Residence is inconspicuous.

Lovely place in Sainte-Anne

Super nice and quiet studio apartment that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and fully functional. A big terrace faces the garden and has lots of space. We loved the location of the place: walking trail to the Les Salines beach starts close to the resort and Sainte-Anne is also in the walking vicinity. Special thanks to our host Jonathan, who was extremely friendly, flexible, and went out of his way to make our stay special. We’re definitely coming back!

Disappointing

Very nice location, close to the ferry. Comfortable bed.

No human reception, despite arriving in normal hours. A lot of bugs running around the room. We counted at least 10 that we had to kill after arriving at night. More appeared in the morning. No solution was offered

It was a great week

The location is perfect. In the heart of town with all the stores and supermarkets within walking distance of the hotel. The room is simple, yet comfortable. There's action across the street especially on Fridays and Saturdays; live band and food of all types. The window facing the street is sealed tightly and almost no sound comes in. So in spite of the weekend's events, you are able to sleep soundly. The room, at the start of our stay wasn't cleaned to our satisfaction but that was quickly rectified. If you have any issues whatsoever, the resolution is one whatsapp message or call away. Safety is always a concern when you're in a foreign country and we always felt safe in and out of the hotel.

Checking in can be a bit difficult if you're from overseas and don't have a working phone
