The views of the lake from the terrace and the rooms, the location few minutes from the Center, the neat and modern apartment, the private parking, everything is new and functional, the host availability and kindness. Everything was perfect.

Magnificent views of the lake, excellent location for a family only 10 minutes walk down to centre of Stresa. Very comfortable apartment with everything needed.
Climb back up the steps to the apartment however it was worth it. Perfect unless you have mobility issues.

Everything!!! where to start. the view is quite simply spectacular. I couldn’t get enough of sitting on the balcony with a coffee in the morning or a glass of Prosecco in the evening. the whole apartment is immaculate. so clean, modern and full of everything you might need. amazing location just a short walk to a supermarket, the station and the town with all the restaurants, shops and bars. and of course the lake. Giuliano is available for questions and advice and couldn’t have been more helpful. from booking us a taxi from the airport to making sure we had water in the fridge for our late arrival and restaurant recommendations. it was the most perfect apartment for 2 adults and 2 fussy teenagers.
there was nothing we didn’t like but there are quite a few stairs to walk down to reach the town.

The location is superb with a great vista overlooking the lake and within close proximity to the town centre. A very short walk down the garden path a brief 20 metre walk on the road before a pedestrian path on the right takes you down into the town centre. The apartment itself was fantastic, modern, immaculately clean and with all the necessary facilities for you to cook for yourselves if required. As a family of 4 everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were along with fantastic shower/bathroom facilities. A good sign of a place is that you would immediately recommend it to family and friends. Giuliano was the perfect host, so attentive and accommodating. Responding quickly to messages and offering helpful guidance and advice. We could easily have stayed there for longer and very much hope to return in the near future. Congratulations Giuliano and all the team for a wonderful experience.

The apartment is new, spacious, well heated (we arrived on April), has WONDERFUL view of the lake and the city. The kitchen is well equipped for us (we only cooked breakfast/dinner) and the outside area is well suited for kids and family with toys and laundry room. Walking to the city center is easy with 10 mins walk or you can take the car and park easily.
Also, Giuliano is very helpful and kind, and did above and beyond for us. we will be back.
We didn't mind, but the walk to the town is downhill on steep road and some traffic. We did the way up (me and my 6 yo) in 10 minutes, but probably wouldn't fit everyone. Nevertheless, the parking is very easy and it is no problem using a private car to go to the city center.

Everything. The apartments are Amazing , very clean, with everything that you need inside also for babies. Thank you Giuliano , we had great time.
Nothing. maybe the fact that there isn’t any coffee place near by and you need to take the car.
4.5
Wide comfortable rooms with magnificent views of the lake Maggiore and especially of Isola Bella. Eating at the balcony with this view was marvelous! We really liked the toys placed at the corridor outside the apartment, our toddler son was ecstatic about them. The kitchen is well equipped, though we would add a microwave. Some little things that were missing - the kitchen was completely devoid of food. Coffee/tea/sugar and maybe also olive oil/salt could be nice to have. Toilet paper holder was missing. Hot water took a very long time to arrive, 10-15 minutes. Parking at the place is easy and comfortable, and rather essential as it is possible but not advisable to go by foot to the town center, as it involves walking at least part of the way in narrow car road with limited visibility. The owner was very nice and responded promptly whenever we contacted him.

The apartment is very tidy, spacious and light. It has a big balcony where you can have dinner or drinks with an amazing view on the lake, nice beds and a fully equipped kitchen. There are toys for small children available, and free washing facilities. The staff is very friendly. A perfect place to stay.

Big rooms, especially bath rooms. Many facilities for kitchen, livingroom and bathrooms( and adapted to everything a person with disabilities needs) and everything thought through for an exelent staying. The view it’s breath taking even on rainy days(and we got lots of these) and it’s a short walk to the down town. The staff was very polite and friendly. I strongly recomand!!

The view was amazing. It was better than expected. Guiliano, our host, met us at the property and showed us everything we needed to know including where to park, how to work the heat, and the washer/dryer facilities. The place was immaculate.
I can't think of anything.

The view and the town and the Wi-Fi speed and the cleanliness

Fantastic panorama view over the lake - also when sitting inside. Modern and clean interior. Two nice bathrooms. Heating (October). Good free parking space.
You need to walk 150 meters on a narrow road with traffic from the downhiil pathway of the property and untill you reach the pathway to the town center. Beware that the panorama view over the lake are in Northern direction, so no sun on that side in the off-season.

The apartment was spacious, meticulously clean and thoroughly modern. We slept incredibly well, woke up to beautiful views and enjoyed the huge rain shower too. No issues with check-in or check-out, parking, facilities - all great.
Our stay was great. I would only have added some basic provisions like tea / coffee to be used by guests.

The apartment was very nicely decorated. The equipment was perfect, including a cordless vacuum cleaner. Lots of storage space available. Giuliano, our host, was extremely friendly and helpful. The small complex is on a slope and has a fantastic view of the lake.

Everything. Guliano was very polite and helpful, he made everything super easy. We had some problems with our car and he didn't hesitate to call a local car mechanic on a Saturday morning to get our car fixed that day. We arrived late at night on a Tuesday and we found a working air conditioner and lights on - after a long stressful day all we needed was a cold room to sleep in. There's a really nice parking, where you can fit a really big and long car (altitude of the parking downstairs - 2 m). The view from the terrace is breathtaking, we enjoyed every minute we spent there. The apartment was super clean, super comfortable, very modern and bright. We were 4 adults and there was plenty of space for all of us (two bathrooms made our mornings easier). The apartment had everything we needed and even more, for example there was an italian dictionary and a book of places you should visit (LonelyPlanet). I don't know how it's possible, but everything looks even better than in pictures. Me and my family are definitely going to come back here in the future. If you're debating wether to book this apartment, do not hesitate and do it now.
This is a place you call home away from home.
Nothing. Even if you tried to find something to not like, it's not possible. I've traveled a lot and this is one of the best places I have ever stayed at.

This villa have a amazing view to the lake and to the alps and other small islands of Maggiore. Before we arrived to our apartment the owner Giuliano was very carrying and asked us how we would like our rooms and how we wanna arraigned it for the sleep ( because we was three adults and two small kids) . Because our booked apartment had some small problems he fixed for us a superior deluxe room with a amazing view to the lake. We had two big bathrooms and a big living room with a kitchen and balokony with a view to the lake . And two sleeping rooms one room with also with a balkony view to the lake. We was very happy and amazed how clean everything was and quiet. View steps down and you was already in the small country village with lot of coffee shops , ice cream and restaurants. Also you have there a supper market and a bakery with fresh italian sweets. After three amazing days in the Villa and Lago Maggiore we needed to go back home. After few hours on the way Giuliano called us and told us we forgot some stuff (clothes) of the kids and a small cooking pot . After we asked Giulianoif he can send it to us , he even didn’t resisted and send us all stuff back with a package.Thank you Giuliano for all your effort and warm welcoming in the Villa.
