Only day one breakfast was great with a good mix of buffet Restaurant staff were great and with admirable customer service

Attention to booking details Early room preparation Better buffet mix, esp day 2 - it was too much starch Staff keeness to explain everything We lost our spectacles at the hotel and no one bothered to check for us, when they found it when we were gone but never sent to Mombasa (gross) Did not inform us about WASINI package early, courtesy dictates that you explain everything to y9ur guest Room for children near bar, and there was loud music until we challenged it

Overall it's a beautiful and clean place

The water park was amazing. My baby loved it so much. Value for money there.

The cold showers. It rained throughout our stay and the showers were really cold.

Superb

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The chefs went out off the regular menu to prepare for us traditional coastal cuisine on our request and they did a very good job.

We were there in a cold season and struggled to get the water warm enough to shower - party also because of our tight schedule so we ended up showering with cold water. In a regular season, this wouldn't be an issue coz it's generally hot and humid.

very clean, calm, not much guests, very helpful and welcoming people, Kelvin and Geoffrey are very helpful, value of money is very ok, make sure you take half board, the food is ok,

the location is not close to beach, mean while it is an opportunity to choose every day one new destination

Bed was uncomfortable, head stand made out of wood and not cushioned, so I kept hitting my head on the headboard. There was no fridge in the room. There were no bathroom slippers. On Sunday afternoon there was a lot of noise from kids swimming in the pool

Their is no coordination between booking.com and the hotel management. What you get from booking.com is different from what the hotel expect.

Location: it's very close to the mall 5 min to walk and 10 min to walk to the beach ⛱️. The swimming pool is very beutiful and big for kidz to swim and play. Bonus gift: at check in reception, forget to book for a child and its was new year eve, so price was little expensive. But the stuff and manager were so friendly, supported us high level and give little discount for the price. So, I liked everything the hotel, the stuff, the location is #1.

One of the main pictures of the property is during the night with a view of the pool. However, the pool is closed at 6:00pm daily, before it even gets dark. This should be noted and listed on the page.

I really loved the room, so clean and the food there is great, I liked everything about this place, Alex is such a nice guy , the place is quiet , secure and comfortable

The bed was broken and we had to relocate to another room.
